I bought my Kasperky Antivirus for 29.99 some time ago, but now I got another device, so I would like to upgrade to Kaspersky Antivirus Internet Security. Am I allowed to do this? Edit: I also do not want to lose money. Am I able to do the upgrade by just jumping from this Antivirus to Internet Security?

Hello, I have an issue where when I’m using Google Chrome browser, I get notifications from Kaspersky Internet Security to install Kaspersky Protection Extension as seen below: However, I’ve installed the Kaspersky Protection Extension as seen below: Does anyone knows how to resolve this issue, or is this a bug? Hi, For a while I have the same issue only in EDGE. It says “managed by your organisation”. I can’t change some parameters that are grey. For example it never suggest any website from the history. Quite boring ! I’ve not been able to find any issue thanks to internet, but it often says that antivirus may cause troubles. As i use KIS2021, could it be the source of the issue. If yes, what to do ? Do I have to use another browser to fix that ? Thanks for your help. Bruno

I need to get an ISO file for Windows 10 version 1909. I’m using Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085 (g) with Windows 10 I’m wondering if there is a feature for KIS Firewall such as “ Ask To Connect “ feature as it implemented such in Norton Internet Security or Glasswire application. I’ve been using KIS on my Huawei P10 lite for over a year. About once a week I note that the icon in the top left of the screen disappears so KIS no longer loading or running. I can restart it manually, but I often forget so my phone is not protected. I do not re-boot or turn my phone off. Any ideas please? Thanks Pete

I noticed KIS occasionally makes SQL calls to MS SQL Server. It sends a SELECT for each database on the server looking for rows from sys.assemblies. I’m assuming it’s able to access MSSQL and the databases using the elevated permissions granted to the KIS app. I can understand anti-virus apps checking the CLR assemblies for malware, but this approach via SQL seems unusual to me. Can anyone provide any insight on this? Thanks!

Will kaspersky be able to block the recent malwares for autodesk files? Autodesk already has its own tool but it needs to load maya first and manually delete the python files before it can be fixed. It will be nice if Kaspersky can block those python files . This malware creates uses 2 files the usersetup.py and vaccine.py

Hello Every time I click on “Subscriptions”, YouTube in Firefox keeps asking me to sign in. i get asked to do this multiple times in one sitting. The problem also occurs when I try to leave a comment. I found out online that the problem was caused by Kaspersky and indeed uninstalling Kaspersky fixes this issue. It was also mentioned that this bug will be fixed by November 2020. We are in the end of December and the problem still persists. Please help if anyone knows how to fix this.
