Hello, my issue came up with the latest update a few weeks ago of my Kaspersky Internet Security (21.2.16.590 patch A). After extensive experimentation, I have found out that the module “Web Anti-Virus” is breaking my internet downloads. With any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) but also with 3rd party file downloading software, whenever that module is on (I have tried changing any of its internal settings with no changes) this is what happens: I can use the internet without issues; When I try to download a file (from anywhere, even Google Drive, or nVidia drivers, or any other website), it begins downloading After a few seconds, or minutes, the download gets interrupted. …

Busy Accounting Software (www.busywin.com) Version 21 is being blocked by Kaspersky with report of trojan in setup file. Busy Software support advising to mark its software as exclusion in kaspersky…..not sure if that is the right approach.

After automatic update from KIS 21.1 and 21.2 to version 21.3. is automatically changing application setting. Why? Changing is setting “Mail Anti-Virus” - “Attachment Filter” and other. I dont like this! It’s not permissible for the program to change the program settings for these partial updates! KIS can't do that, please fix it. It also automatically installs "Kaspersky Password Manager" repeatedly when updating the application version (eg from v 21.2. to 21.3.). I dont like this! Thanks

My two main browsers (Chrome and Firefox) are set up to be protected by Kaspersky safe banking tool. I tried to purchase Woolworths e-wish cards through RACQ many times, and each time received the response that they were unable to process at this time. Finally, after several days, I thought why not try my Opera browser (which isn’t set up for safe banking)? Immediate success. Maybe Kaspersky should be fixing this glitch. Hello: I have been having a recent problem with my Windows 10-based Kaspersky Internet Security where the Background Scan will ‘hang up’ at 1% of the scan and then quit: This is a relatively recent problem because I remember the background scan running smoothly and to completion not too long ago. I religiously update my Windows 10 operating system and run frequent manual updates to my KIS database including both Quick Scans and Full Scans with no problem. Anyone having a similar problem? I would also like to know if I can manually run a Background Scan as used to be possible in previous versions of KIS. Thank you.

I have 3 Internet Secuirty licenses. I currently use the Safe Money feature on my Windows PC. But I want to use it on my android smartphone. I downloaded and installed Internet Security on the smartphone, but I cannot see the option to use Safe Money in this case (for example, I cannot activate the protected browser). Could someone guide me how can I use Safe Money with their protected browser on my android smartphone?

So I have recently installed Kaspersky internet security on my computer, after the install it detected some trojan (nyss.exe, process1.exe) and asked to disinfect and reboot. which I did, now when I want to view reports it just hangs at the report windows with some overlapping UI elements, I tried everything cleanup disk defrag troubleshooting etc. , quick scan hasn’t detected anything and full scan would apparently take 20+ hours, which I don’t have, I even cleared the reports then at-least the report window didn’t freeze, but as soon as I got one log(update log) opening that tab immediately freezes the window, I don’t know what to do now. Hi, I’m a relatively new user to Kaspersky(KIS). I recently discovered that certain applications(IntelliJ, maybe a few others) have failed to start(or if they’re starting, but taking so much time, that I end up giving up) whenever Kaspersky is running. I now have to disable the AV all together, in order for IntelliJ to start up. Once I disable KIs, IntelliJ starts up directly. I also realize that whenever IntelliJ(iJ) starts up(immediately after pressing iJ.exe, iJ does not load on monitor), Kaspersky raises the CPU usage, and it gets to around 80-95%. I need to disable the kaspersky plugin or extension or add on or whatever it’s called in Firefox. It seems that the interface has changed. I can’t find the kaspersky add on. Yet I see the teddy bears by the site. I don’t want my antivirus to change my browser. Anyone know what to do?

A few examples: Speedtest.net - I do not get any upload speed when anti banner is on. When off all is ok. SAS.no - Unable to log in, find and buy tickets.. When off all is ok. Today, I tested kaspersky safe money after installing kaspersky internet security software. And what I saw that when I turned on screen recording from obs studio or, taken screenshot using snap tool, it was showing all the details of bank website which I was accessing using safe money, which means it’s not blocking them. So, question arises that, Is it really protecting my banking info ?

So about a week ago my kaspersky internet security updates to v 21.2.16.590 but I went to control panel and I see I still have v20.0.14.1085 still installed. Same for secure connection. Is that correct or should that have uninstalled with the new version? If so, am I good to uninstall it without affecting anything?

Spent a night trying to find a solution...nada. Going to the community next. I’m trying to manage the various applications on my computer. But one of the application’s I’m looking for isn’t in the big list of Applications that is presented to me. How do I add or find that application so I can set a rule with Kaspersky on how it operates? I’m running the latest version of KIS. Thanks.
