Kaspersky Internet Security

Have Kaspersky Internet installed on three computers. One computer was returned to the vendor but I did not uninstall the software. I bought a another computer and want to install the the Internet Security software on it. How do I get authorization to install the software on the new computer? In My Kaspersky, four computers are listed. How do I identify the computer that was returned to the vendor?

I get loads of ‘download denied’ and ‘previously opened malicious link detected’ pop up notifications either from chrome.exe or OUTLOOK.EXE all referring to the same site (shopstorys.com) I don't know why it doing it or what it means but 100+ pop-ups a day with sound! is annoying. Can anyone help?

Hi, I noticed today (though it has been happening for a few days at least) that my antivirus software wasn’t working. When I tried to run the app, a box popped up to say avpui.exe is missing. When I looked at the folder contents, it was only shortcuts. I run Windows 10 on my machine and my Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3.10.391 I ran the virus scan that I downloaded from Kaspersky’s website and it detected the following- (Screenshot attached) HEUR:Backdoor.Win64.Agent.gen not-a-virus:HEUR:RiskTool.Win32.Convagent.gen HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Miner.gen Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunTaskFile.a Then i unisntalled, reinstalled and ran a scan and it found two more. Hey guys. Today I tried some settings in Application Control by setting it to "deny everything by default" and I really liked this setting because it makes me more secure, making applications that are unknown to KSN or that are started before Kaspersky on Windows startup not have permissions to run. Where can I find links to fully explore application control and all its possibilities with it? Where can I find a website that explains the categories of application control such as: Low restriction, Reliable among others. Thank you very much for your personal help.

My latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security has found HolcusTopicalSoft.exe adware, but when I select [Resolve], a whirlpool icon appears as if it’s being resolved, but HolcusTopicalSoft.exe instantly reappears. How do I get rid of this thing once and for all? Thank you.

When I try to update the Mac OS in Big Sur, it always errors out with unable to download error in the end. only way to update is to quit Kaspersky. anyone else having same issue?

I have spent a considerable amount of time, in order to have software behave exactly the way I want to. This is the very first thing I do with every software/tool that I install/use. I’m trying to set up my Ebay under safe money and I just updated everything on KIS and when I go to ebay nothing happens it just stays the regular browser. I have it set for Chrome and it still doesn’t work.

Hi Trying to get the anti theft feature working on two android phones - Huwawi P20 and OnePlus 6T. The app is configured as an Admin and has been given the permissions needed from what I can tell, however the lock/locate, mugshot and alarm only seem to work when the devices are unlocked. I have Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devises and 3 years which I bought in October 2016 for my HP laptop computer. My license expires tomorrow. The renewal cost is 149.99 but a new license only cost 95.99. Can I wait until my license expires and sign up as a new user and pay only 95.99 ? OR will the Kaspersky company inform me that I cannot sign up as a new user and that I have to renew at a cost of 149.99. I don't want to pay the 95.99 cost , and a few days later, be informed by Kaspersky that I cannot sign up as a new user and go through a lot of trouble getting my money back from Kaspersky. Hello guys, recently my KIS popped up a notification like 8 times under one minute and it happened in any other day too. It said “The network attack Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP has been blocked” I’ve been searching in the internet that the PortScanning is kinda dangerous, and can steal data. Images are being blocked in the VIP section of Lego.com, as best as I can tell this is only happening on that one site - affecting both Firefox and Chrome. Images are fine on the main Lego site and the Ideas site, it is just in the VIP section. Is only happening on my computer, my Android tablet and phone are displaying the site properly. Hi: I just bought a subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac. After about a minute, after the program starts up, my Chrome and Safari web browsers can no longer access websites. However, I can ping the 8.8.8.8.. I’ve had to remove the Kaspersky Internet Security in order access the web via Chrome and Safari. Tell me please, how do I remedy this situation?

I notice that when I lock and locate my mobile device, it requests my devices PIN I set within the devices settings, but I wish for it to use the secret passcode I set using my kaspersky. How might I change this? I am uncertain if I caused this issue during the set up.
