I have bought a internet security for 1 user and need to transfer that key to anther pc by removing from the current pc. Is there any method to do it?

Hi, please help. when I try to update to new version, I’m told to uninstall AVG. I uninstalled AVG as requested, it then says reboot. After I reboot it says remove AVG again, then says it’s been uninstalled then asks me to reboot again. I’m going round in circles, stuck on this same problem. Thanks for any advice.

I upgraded to Kaspersky Internet Security 2021 and I have Gigabit Internet. After the upgrade, my upload speed has been reduced to 158Mbps. As soon as I close Kaspersky Internet Security and run another speed test, I get nearly 900Mbps upload speed. I’ve done this test multiple times, and it’s the same thing every time. KIS 2021 is affecting my upload speed. Are others aware of this issue? Where can I download KIS 2020? I did not have this problem with version 2020. I need to downgrade ASAP! I use my upload speed quite heavily. Thank you!

Also, in addition to Berny above, Hello, Windows 10 64bit. New SSD install. Before installing KIS my Xfinity internet speed using their testing tool http://speedtest.xfinity.com was great exactly what I was paying 900 Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. After I installed KIS my speed is around 250Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. Called and spoke with Xfinity support and everything is ok on their end and said issue is with KIS.

Since last few months streaming on YouTube has become difficult with buffering and frame drops I always thought it was due to the pandemic. But i found out that after closing Kaspersky internet security the streaming becomes fast.I have attached both stats before closing and after closing KIS. Hello, While browsing the internet last night, I received 12 notifications that Kaspersky Internet Security had blocked a network attack. Each entry in the log has a different port number. The attacking IP appears to be the same IP as my router. Under the results tab, it says “detected object is added to exclusions.” I have seen other posts here where this sort of thing can be a false positive. Is it likely that is the case here, or could this have been an actual port scan attack?

I was running KIS 2020 & as usual for me,i had unchecked,update automatically,i used to let a new version run for a while before updating.A few weeks ago i found that version 2021 had installed automatically. I’ve looked through settings & i can not find the setting that will disable the auto update.Anyone know where it is or has it been removed as an option.

have been using VPN for a year. emclient for 2 years. No settings changed. Today it stopped receiving and sending and does not even try IF vpn is on. turn it off it works fine. Does not matter if using in same country (us) or different. hostinger is my domain host and they are my domains. have done some trouble shooting with them and it appears it is VPN related. windows 10. thank you.

Today I had a new version installed of KIS2021 21.2.16.590 (b). Unfortunately by default there are filters on extension(new ?) of attached pieces where all of them are renamed in the mail. (I use outlook) It’s then impossible to rename them and they will stay like this forever. I removed this functionality in the advanced parameters, but how can I rename the attachments. pdf is now pd_ and impossible to read them. I want to revert to .pdf Thanks for any support. Bruno

Hello, Since kaspersky is slowing down my computer so much I want to request a refund. But non of the forms or articles is working and it seems to be unable to request it. If I try digital river form it just sais my information is wrong (I have the order number but can’t request a new password) and if I try to contact support it doesn’t even list a country in the range of 1500km within my country so I don’t know what to select. It’s getting VERY frustrating. Could someone please help me

I have been asked twice today to fill a survey about my satisfaction with KIS, the product was also badgering me about the additional services etc. in the past (but this can be switched off). Annoying AF! How can I switch off this survey asking spam? I thought this product would protect me from that kind of rubbish. I have bought 10 licences for this year and last year as well, this kind of annoying stuff is really making me think of changing to a different solution for next year.

Hello, I’ve received this link to a Google Drive containing some files that I’d like to download. When KIS is active I am unable to download any files. I’ve tried to add the link to Web-Inti virus URL exception, but I’m only able to download files from the Drive if I disable Kaspersky for a few minutes. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you

Hello, My Kaspersky internet securty subscrition expired i paid for 3 years in 2015, i had issues with renewing so it wouldn’t allow me, idk why, and there is no option, button anywhere on the program to renew. There are two issues I’m having with the latest update (21.2.16.590) on windows 8.1 Pro 64bit. First the shortcuts to Application Activity & Network Monitor have been removed (Image below shows the previous version). This is an inconvenience, as in now takes many more clicks to get to it. And this is something i use all the time. Images below are from version 21.1.15.500 on Windows 7 64bit. Where everything is good. 2nd major issue I’m having with the latest version is Application Control no longer applies rules to child spawned processes. (sorry if this is in the wrong subforum) There should be an option in the settings where I can specify that I am going to be mining crypto on my machine and then kaspersky can stop deleting my mining executables. It’s really annoying that everytime I download a new version or download a different algorithm of a miner, it gets deleted because it keeps getting flagged. If there is a mining mode, kaspersky can simply ignore mining applications from being flagged. Please
