Чем-то напоминает один старый баг, когда антивирус удаляет файл навсегда мимо карантина без возможности восстановления

Шаги воспроизведения: 1. Скачать и установить Kaspersky Premium MR18 2. Включить анти-баннер и дополнительные фильтры. 3. Включить защиту от сбора данных в режиме блокировки 4. Обновить антивирусные базы. 5. Открыть сайт. Актуальный результат: Реклама не заблокирована. Ожидаемый результат: Реклама будет заблокирована. Отчеты, видео: Сборка Kaspersky Premium: 21.18.2.169 Версия Windows: 10.0.19045

Voilà, j'ai procédé à l'installation de la dernière version. Le lancement de la protection bancaire ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement, bien qu'il y ai eu un petit changement: - Si je tape l'adresse du site dans la barre d'adresse ==> La protection bancaire ne s'ouvre pas - Si je clique sur un marque-pages vers le site ==> La protection bancaire ne s'ouvre pas - Par contre, si j'ouvre le module "Protection bancaire" grâce au raccourci sur le bureau et que je clique sur l'adresse du site, là, la protection bancaire s'ouvre correctement. L'extension Kaspersky pour firefox est à jour et active. Quelle autre vérification puis-je encore faire ? EDIT: Je n'ai plus e message d'erreur, mais e site s'ouvre dans une fenêtre "normale" dans les deux premiers cas

Gracias por responder. Efectivamente me refiero a Pago Seguro. Me estoy fijando y siempre abre la venta de Pago Seguro con el último usuario que la usó. Lo que hago es cambiar de usuario, se me abre la ventana que tengo como principal y tengo que ir nuevamente al acceso directo que tengo del banco. No queda otra según veo. Gracias

I think it would be a good idea to check if you are up to date with your Kaspersky Products and then using Kes for Linux 12.x Product Support Lifecycle (kaspersky.com) Product Downloads | Endpoint Security for Business | Kaspersky (scroll down to the bottom for KES Linux) if still problems then it makes sense to troubleshoot this with technical support team Thank you in advance Best Regards

Hola, Como bien te indica @harlan4096 abre un ticket de soporte, no es normal lo que comentas. Cuando renuevas tu licencia (si es digitalmente), tienes que recibir un correo electrónico con tu nuevo código de activación. Revisa en tu programa de correo no se encuentren en spam, o correo no deseado. Saludos

Avant que je ne tente l'installation, vous mentionnez que Kaspersky Standard importera ma licence de KIS 23.1. Or ma version est 21.3..... L'importation se passera-t-elle malgré tout ? (A moins qu'il ne s'agisse d'une faute de frappe ?) Merci et bonne journée

Hello Alex Pro it depends on the events you get from KES Components. You should be able to add Tenable Nessus Application to the Trusted Application settings in your KES Policy. Here you can disable scanning by specific components and you can specify IP and port which should not be scanned.
