Уважаемые разрабы, как долго может решаться данная проблема? Первое сообщение темы от 7 мая, сегодня уже 29 число. Я понимаю что у вас приоритеты, но если накосячили, будьте добры исправить проблему. Я же покупаю продукт в надежде что проблемы платного ПО будут решаться быстро.

В ютубе это ещё с прошлого года так, а может и ещё дольше.

Кстати я заметил ещё одну вещь. В ютубе не прописываются часть аватарок. Как только выгружаешь касперский или ставишь галочку что-бы не проверять защищённые соединения, всё приходит в норму.

Да уже пользуемся этим решением, но хотелось бы что бы работало как раньше.

Merhabalar ben programı kullanmak için 1 yıl premium üyelik satın aldım fakat hoşuma gittiği için tekrardan 1 yıl daha premium üyelik almaya karar verdim. Ödemeyi yaptım. Fakat yanlış mı aldınız yoksa bilerek mi aldınız diye bir mail yollandı bana. Bende bilerek aldığımı üyeliğimi 2 yıla çıkarmak istediğimi yazdım. Sitede bulunan sorular kısmında da üyeliğiniz bitmeden yeni üyelik alınınca kalan üyeliğinizin üzerine eklenir yazıyordu. Benimde 2 yıl olacak değil mi herhangi bir sıkıntı olur mu? Hello. Yesterday I bought a 1-year Kaspersky premium membership for my android phone. Because I liked the application, I bought another 1-year membership. But I received an e-mail asking whether this product was purchased by mistake or was it purchased on purpose. They expect me to reply to the e-mail. In this case, we have deleted the infected emails inside Thunderbird, even from the trash, and we have compacted the Thunderbird databases. At the moments, it seems that there was no need to add any exclusions to the antivirus, and there is no need to repair the Thunderbird databases. Thank You! Regards, ABC

Добрый день! Столкнулся с проблемой запуска консоли администрирования. Обновлений до новой версии не выполнялось. Делал восстановление из бэкапа - не помогло. На каком-то форуме нашёл, что необходимо банально ждать и всё запустится, спустя сутки без результата. "Operation cannot be performed as the application is initializing or deinitializing just now. Please, try later."

Hai il programma vecchio KTS puoi usare lo stesso abbonamento per passare al nuovo programma Plus.

Доброго времени суток. Вчера, ближе к вечеру столкнулся с такой же проблемой, так как Kaspersky Premium решил самостоятельно обновится. Я подумал, ну.. Хорошо, затем захожу к своему любимому ChatGPT и использую HolaVPN для него и по итогу на сайт и всё что относится к нему - не пускает. Время уже была ночь, решил позвонить по номеру, но, спустя минуты 2-3 никто так и не ответил (Все операторы заняты). Затем также начал искать приичну. По итогу также наткнулся на этот форум и вижу, что проблема довольно старая (Уже целый месяц прошёл) и решил также отключить функцию, которая, как пишут - спасает. Меня она тоже спасла, но осадок от тогл, что у меня определённый компонент защиты перестал работать очень расстраивает. Надеюсь, что Kaspersky действительно в доовльно скорое время решит эту проблему и выпустит патч, чтобы всё работало "Как раньше".

Wenn es was zum Loben gibt, soll man es ja auch tun! Kürzlich gab es ein Update von Kaspersky VPN auf die Version 21.17.7.539. Da ich Kaspersky VPN trotz des geschilderten Problems weiterhin nutze habe ich "natürlich" auch versucht, aus dem Ausland auf Amazon Prime Video in Deutschland zuzugreifen. Hurra, es hat jetzt funktioniert. Ich konnte mit der neuen Version ohne Probleme einen Amazon Prime Film anschauen und runterladen. Damit hat Kaspersky sein Werbeversprechen erfüllt. Weder der Zugang aus dem Ausland noch die Funktion des VPN hat Amazon als störend erkannt. Keine Blockade mehr. Meinerseits also herzlichen Dank an das Entwicklerteam und eine mehr als 100% Empfehlung für das Tool.
