Что будет означать, если оно придёт, и в каких случаях оно приходит? Не является ли этот вид уведомлений визуальным глюком?

  13. Добрый день! Число присоединившихся к озвученной проблеме растет. И ни смотря на явный баг антивирусная программа продолжает обновлять версию у пользователей. Как временное решение включить пункт : " Не проверять защищенные соединения ", тогда VPN плагины функционируют. Но это снижает защиту системы в целом.

Please share the error message(s) (you) see when MS Access is not functional -> *how* is MS Access not functional -> it's hard to give solutions without specific detail? In Kaspersky Reports, are there any MS Access errors? Which Windows OS & Build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, press enter, post back the information shown in the WINVER app? So we're very clear, you've already been working with the Technical support team, for more than a month, but that has not helped - is that correct? So (your) time is not wasted again, list the 'solutions' the Technical Team offered (you), that did not resolve the issue please? Please share the Incident reference number provided by Technical support, it's prefixed with INC0000? Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  16. Hello everyone Couple of years ago Kaspersky started blocking MS Access from running locally on a PC as well as thru the network. We managed to find a simple workaround with de-registering some .DLL files in CMD.(a solution that Kaspersky "experts" didn't want to share with us). Now,out of nowhere,they decided to automaticaly Upgrade their product to Kaspersky Standard,without asking the end user or even giving the possibility to choose whether or not you want to upgrade in the first place. After those "major" upgrades,MS Access is again,not funcional! MS Access as we all know is a legitimate Microsoft software used in million of machines across the World. And the audacity to block it is unheard of. We are sad to say that we are a BIG user of Kaspersky products for many years,but now we are leaving.The so called Technical support kept us trying some "solutions" for more than a month, and as expected nothing worked. If somebody has a solution for this major issue please let us know so that we can continue using the products that we PAYED for until the end of the subscription. After that is Adios Amigos 😉
  17. Прилетело обновление на касперский 26 мая. Появилось уведомление что теперь у меня новый функционал в рамках моей подписки премиум, и тут же все расширения с впн перестали работать. ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED Если выключить на время расширение браузера Kaspersky Protection на некоторое время соединение возвращается, и при включении этого расширения - такая же ситуация, но 5-7 минут и проблема возвращается. При выключении защиты полностью - соединение по VPN работает исправно. При выключении компонентов по одному - работоспособность не возвращается. Так как при выключении компонентов целиком выключается так же и расширение Kaspersky Protection, кажется что проблема именно в нем. Хром. последняя версия.

  19. As the file opens in WPS Office without issues, you can add the file to Kaspersky's exclusions list to stop it from being blocked in Microsoft Excel and this should allow you to open it in Excel without any problems.

We've checked with support while we were waiting for (your) return , unfortunately, it's not possible to suppress. Regarding: Self-Defense Restricted Access notification, does that mean: Self-Defense restricted access to the protected resource - as shown is the image below? IF the answer is YES, please check the Save in Local Report for that option, we did not mean for that to be unchecked (when we gave advice in our first reply) - we meant for you to review *all* Informational events listed & uncheck any Notify on screen - that concerned you - but leave the Save in Local Report column as it was. I screen-capped it and will paste it here: I double-checked settings and the ff. are turned off: Everything in My Security Settings in the Kaspersky My Portal; Everything in the Promotional Materials settings in the software; Self-Defense Restricted Access notification.

Kaspersky has a long standing policy, they support commercially released hardware & software *only* -> beta releases are not supported. *Specifically*, for Android, Safe-browsing, Supported browsers: "Safe Browsing only checks websites in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Yandex Browser (requires Android 7.0 or later). This feature may also work with pre-installed browsers of some devices, for example Samsung Internet on a Samsung device and Huawei Browser on Huawei devices. Other browsers are not supported. Due to technical limitations, Safe Browsing may not detect all malicious websites that are opened in the Yandex Browser.   25. Hello, I bought a chinese Android phone and as you might know, some apps are blocked, Chrome cannot be installed but Chrome Beta can (officially from play store). I would like to enable safe browsing but I don't want to use Yandex or Firefox, would be great to support Chrome Beta.
