Hi again, everyone following. I did get a reply from K-Support Tier 2 this morning. They misunderstood my complaint; at least, I think they did. They gave me a bunch of links to install K products via the command line to avoid removing that other product before K installation. I will send a copy of that K-Support email to anyone via PM. I am now aware that sharing links in this Forum is not acceptable. Below is my response this morning to the latest email from K-Support. Dein Fazit, kannst Du gerne so ziehen. Laut Deinen letzten Posts haben Dir aber eher Meldungen gefehlt. Was genau sind denn die "nicht abstellbaren Abfragen"? Auf meinem System war jede Meldung deaktivierbar, die ich nicht haben wollte. Mit einer neuen Version kann es durchaus auch neue Lizenzbedingungen geben. Die Änderungen sind aber nicht alle "hausgemacht", sondern zum großen Teil nötig, um sich an die DSGVO zu halten. Es gibt aus diesem Grund Abfragen zur Datenverarbeitung, die Dir vorgelegt werden müsen! Von einem Upgrade, bei dem die bisherigen Einstellungen nicht übernommen wurden, habe ich schon einige wenige Male gehört. Leider hat sich von diesen Usern fast keiner beim Support gemeldet. Ein allgemeines KL-Upgrade-Problem gibt es nicht. Ob es ein Problem mit einer anderen Software gibt, die hier mitspielt, konnte nicht belegt werden. Auf dem Rechner, den ich gerade benutze, waren alle KL21-Versionen ab der nie veröffentlichten MR0 bis zur jetzigen MR17 installiert. Upgrade immer on Top, immer ohne Datenverlust. Mein Fazit wäre also: nehmt den Vorpost zur Kenntnis, aber zieht keine allgemeingültige Schlüsse daraus. Jeder Rechner ist anders. Wir haben schon mal zwei unterschiedliche...

Hi all. I don't know why, but recently Adobe Acrobat Reader (probably, according to the file and link) has been trying to download 2 demo PDFs from its website through the links below. Since I have Internet Download Manager, the links always toggle the IDM, then it pops out the download task window. This happens almost once every day, so quite annoying. Is there a way to block those links for all the programs with Kaspersky's firewall or Intrusion prevention, so that Acrobat will not try to download those files and IDM will not jump out to help with that? I tried to use the Packet rules of the firewall but it was not quite intuitive. P.S. I thought Acrobat was not supposed to behave like this. No, I am not smarter than engineers of any description, but I have disinfected many computers over the years and have been UNITE-certified as a malware removal specialist and then promoted to malware response instructor at Bleeping Computer. We concur that running two genuine antivirus apps simultaneously is foolish. The other product is not a genuine antivirus. It has been designed to enhance the protection provided by a genuine antivirus by targeting what I term "nuisance ware." I regret that you are offended by my comments, but they are, in fact, mainstream. If you go back to my earlier post that you condemned and actually read and follow the links, you might be enlightened. If not, then we will have to agree to respectfully disagree. Please don't label me as "stubborn." That is a personal affront. I seek only civil and courteous dialogue. Personal attacks will not tolerated by this newbie to these Forums. Começa a instilação mas da um erro e não finaliza. Tenho o Windows 7 por causa de um maquina que uso o Software que só funciona nele. não posso atualizar. Mas a questão é se o Kaspersky Premium 2024 instala nele e eu não estou conseguindo ou se não funciona mesmo no Win 7 ?????

Hallo, ich habe noch nie so eine Fehlproduktion gesehen. Nicht nur das einen das Programm permanent mit Abfragen die nicht abstellbar sind bombardiert wird ohne Nachfrage ein Update installiert bei dem man alles neu einrichten muss und man sämtliche Bedingungen neu bestätigen muss. Ich rate jedem dringend von Kaspersky ab !

Здравствуйте! Сайт https:// polosedan. ru/ помечается Касперским "Облачной защитой", как криптомошеннический. Это абсурд, зачем вы портите нам репутацию? Сайт и форум существуют много лет!!! С месяц назад пришло уведомление с какого то богом забытого сервиса который этим Черные списки и ведет, что ссылка на наш сайт размещена на каком то компрометирующем ресурсе. Возможно в этом причина? Ну так мы причем, что ссылку кто то у себя разместил среди кучи других? Этому "сервису" через обратную связь все сообщили, получили ответ "вас поняли, больше не побеспокоим с этим вопросом"... но Касперский так и определяет сайт мошенническим, хотя к крипто-сервисам вообще никаким боком
