I have a problem concerning a supposedly invalid Certificate for a website. I am running Kaspersky Internet Security on Windows 11 version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447) My usual Browser is Chrome. The problem is the same using Edge. The address in question is https://www.librarycat.org. When I try to access it I receive a message that says “Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented” (Screenshot 52). Note that the message is from “touch.kaspersky.com” Selecting “Show details” takes me to Screenshot 54. This gives me the name of the URL as “touch.kaspersky.com”. Getting nowhere here, and knowing that several colleagues using other Anti-virus tools can access it without problems, I tried adding it as a Trusted Address. I added it, checked that it was activated but still had the same problem. At the same time the message is shown the small “Access denied” message appears, with an alert sound, then disappears only to reappear after about 2 seconds. The only way to stop it is to close the browser. Any assistance appreciated.

Recentemente adquiri a versão plus e notei que ao alternar da janela de um jogo para outra janela não consigo mais retornar para o jogo. O mesmo problema ocorre se o jogo iniciar em segundo plano, quando tento ir para a aplicação retorno para a janela que eu estava (seja do navegador ou de alguma pasta ou arquivo que eu estava usando). Só consegui dar Alt+Tab quando encerrei o Kaspersky e depois o abri novamente. Alguém sabe como posso corrigir esse problema? Ps.: O modo jogo está ativo.

IT appears as tho you're using a version of Kaspersky's old software, please upgrade (free) to the new equivalent - it's explained here: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. Upgrading / converting (your) existing subscription is on a like-for-like basis, the features available in the old software will be what's available in the new software. Before uninstalling old / installing new - create a System restore point. Before uninstalling old / installing new - make sure (you) have the Activation code for the existing software saved in (your) MyKaspersky account. After uninstalling old, make sure you reboot the computer. Download new software from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. After upgrading run a Database update, allow it to complete, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power-on by pressing the power button, login, recheck the original issue? Hi, I was about to update. Yeah, I uploaded it to KOTIP again and ran a dynamic analysis just now. This time it's clean. Can't find the detection on 24th April. But from the reports I got from other sandboxes stating it was malicious, and I ran it on my virtual machine, I was considering it suspicious. I'm not sure if it's OK to post technical support ticket ID here, but this one is in one of the tickets I'd like to follow up.

Нет, новые версии появляются в KSC где-то через месяц с даты релиза. Вы можете самостоятельно добавить дистрибутив в KSC по такому методу: 1) Скачать дистрибутив и распаковать его в какой-нибудь каталог (желательно без кириллицы в пути). 2) В KSC выбрать раздел "Инсталляционные пакеты" и нажать кнопку "Создать инсталляционный пакет" и выбрать пукт "Создать инсталляционный пакет для программ Лаборатории Касперского", в открытом окне выбрать каталог в который распаковали дистрибутив, внутри лежит файл *.kud. Далее-далее. 3) Перед распространением нового пакета, вам нужно установить в KSC "Плагин контроля приложений" версии не ниже распространяемого пакета и внести по необходимости изменения в политики. 4) Теперь можно создавать задачу распространения в виде отдельного задания, автоустановки или прочих возможностей "по вкусу".

21.17 официально вышел. С сайта скачивается установщик 21.16. Но по идее при установке идет проверка новой версии и он должен скачать и установить 21.17

Hello, I submitted 2 tickets for missed malware at Consumer Support. No further updates after I was asked to provide samples in the attachment and I did so. Is it possible to follow up after that? Apart from that, one potential malware I submitted on KOTIP (opentip) is detected as Trojan, but still labeled as Not categorized, is there any reason for that outcome? I was thinking since it's detected already, it can be categorized as so. Thanks in advance.

Тут гораздо быстрее поставить одно-два расширения в популярный браузер и проверить, времени займет пару минут - это если не торопиться.) Воспроизвели, оформили баг-репорт, прикрепили трейсы. Гораздо труднее анализировать отчеты и трейсы, к тому же для начала их еще надо получить от недовольных пользователей.) Второй путь гораздо более трудоемкий, хотя возможно, это только мне так кажется.😄
