  2. I can see from the forum that many people have issues with the new update. None of the current threads address my issue, so here's yet another tale of woe. I recently received an update to the VPN service on 3 of my computers. Two of those computers are windows based and still work after the update - albeit with a reduced feature set. The final computer is a 2017 15 inch MacBook Pro which is only used to view media. This computer can no longer connect to the VPN at all. I was advised to remove and redownload the application, but the new version of the application is listed on the app store as only working with MacOS14+ and this MacBook is not compatible with any OS above 13. The support page ( https://www.kaspersky.co.uk/vpn-secure-connection#systemrequirements|vpn ) still lists the application as working on MacOS13+, but the old application could no longer connect and I cannot download the new application. Am I just completely out of luck here? I don't really want to go out and pay for another VPN unless I really have to.

  5. неважно откуда вы скачали программу. Важно в какой стране (на сайте какой страны) вы приобрели лицензию. У вас сейчас два варианта: - подключиться через ВПН к тому региону, где куплена лицензия и активировать ее. - либо связаться с техподдержкой, объяснить ситуацию и попросить изменить регион лицензии (или саму лицензию).

    vpn bağlantı sorunu

    Yeni sözleşmeyi kabul ettikten sonra Macbook M1 Pro MacOS 26 Tahoe (güncel) - Windows 11 (versiyona şu an bakamıyorum ama en günceli) - Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Android 16, ONE UI 8 (güncel) cihazlarımın hepsinde aynı bağlanamama sorununu yaşıyorum. Her server için geçerli hepsine bağlanmayı denedim. Basıyorum ve connectingde takılı kalıyor. Hepsinde konum hizmetleri açık, hepsinde uygulamanın konum erişimine izin verdim bana sarı uyarı gelmemesine rağmen. Hepsinde uygulamayı silip dosyalarını imha edip cihazları kapatıp açıp uygulamayı yeniden yükledim. Hiçbirinde VPN bağlantısı alamıyorum. Hizmeti de premium kullanırım yıllardır, ücretli versiyondayım.

Создает тем, что для активации код должен быть для этого региона, если вы купили для Казахстана, то и активировать его нужно в Казахстане (IP), а не в Германии и т.п.. После активации уже все равно где и как использовать антивирус. У кода активации есть региональные ограничения. Подробнее в статье: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/error/activation/10990
  8. @mahmoudkeshta For cloning I use ' AOMEI Partition Manager ' I only restore a clone on the same device , source- and target SSD have the same volume size. I never restore a clone from one device to another device but only on the same device (same motherboard - same hardware - same drivers - same licenses … ). Recently installed a new W11 device from scratch clone. AOMEI Partition Manager has no restore option , i unmount the SSD source clone from the PC and replace it with the Target SSD. Also , all my data are on external SSD's (online and offline), my system C drive contains only the Opertating System.
  9. What does it mean, antivirus is disabled, but the problem still remains? What is the antivirus version? Describe your issue in more detail, then maybe we can find a way to fix it.

All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain.     Тожо написал в поддержку чтоб вернули как было. Назад всё. Чтоб конвертировали лицензию на РФ, российскую, потому что вообше ничего не работает, всё так как выше писали пользователи. Ничего пока не изменилось, отстой

  15. Since VPN is included as part of the Premium plan, I would like clarification on the following: 1. Why is the VPN feature unavailable in my region despite having an active subscription? 2. Is there any alternative solution or activation method available for customers in my region? 3. If the VPN service cannot be provided, am I eligible for a refund or adjustment for the unused VPN portion of my subscription?

    Söylediğim gibi özelden bahsettiğiniz NTFS olayındna kaynaklı ve harici disk olmasında dolayı bu sorun oluşuyor. Disk sistemini göremediği için başlatma devam edemiyor. Ayrıca disk şifreleme algoritmaları taşıdığındna deiğiniz dosya sistemine uyum sağlaması zor. Bu Kaspersky sorunu değil kısaca bunu Apple ile çözmeniz gerekiyor ilk olarak. Dosyaları göremediğiniz bir disk sisteme de zarar vermeyeceği için tarama da yapılamaz.

    Ne yaptıktan sonra bu durum oluştu? Yeni bir abone misiniz? Sisteminiz nedir? Windows ve program sürümleri nelerdir? Hata kodu veya uyarı aldınız mı kurulumda? Ücretli mi ücretsiz sürüm mü? Bu gibi bilgileri tahmin mi etmemiz gerekiyor?

    Hesaplanıyor diyor, yani daha tarama başlamadı gibi görünüyor veya bitirme aşamasında. Bana özelden sorduğunuz NTFS biçimini bahsetmemişsiniz burada kullandığınız OS vb. NTFS olarak ve harişci bir disk kullanıyorsunuz bu da desteklenmeyen sistemi tarama yapıyorsunuz gibi görünüyor. Bu da bu sorunun nedeni gözüküyor. Kaspersky kaynaklı değil kısaca.

  27. Hello , Since the last update ( November ) of Kaspersky VPN where most of the region were greyed / not supported anymore , my VPN started to act weirdly. I have actually Kaspersky Premium ( 1 device / 1 year ) so I have unlimited VPN , so here are my problems : - VPN keeps disconnecting for no reason , no matter the country because I tried several different ones and the issue is still the same . - Each time the VPN tries to reconnect , it keeps creating a new Local Area Connection (WG Nt Adapter) , now it's the 73rd time it has created a new Local Area Connection. - The VPN interface is slow to react when I turn off the VPN the grey switch slider thing takes like 5 sec to turn off or sometimes I have to minimize the interface for it to be effective. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks.
