такая проблема. После получения медиа ПАК-а решил перейти на новый софт. В комплекте KES 11 и KSC 14. Endpoint на местах поставился без проблем. На сервере удалил KSC 10, ставлю 14 версию все ок, лицензию видит, ок, ок, ок, далее, далее... и выходит ошибка. и на этом этапе (см. Скрин) откат прогресса. Что делать, подскажите, что означает эта ошибка!? при этом, если снова ставлю 10 KSC то уже не видит лицензию, при активации прописываю, но в поле где они должна появиться- пусто.

Greetings to the community! Recently, I have enabled a secondary KSC console on my network and integrated it into the server structure of my main console. I am planning to move some devices to this secondary console, but I have some questions regarding license and activation key management. Is it necessary to transfer the license from the main server to the secondary console? My goal is to deploy devices from the secondary console, however, I am not sure if the activation should be done from the main console or how can I perform the license relocation correctly, respecting the terms of the service agreement to avoid possible license revocations. Could someone please tell me the correct procedure for the main server license to be recognized on the secondary console? Thank you very much for your help.

Добрый день. Пытаемся закрыть уязвимости по схеме https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KSC/14/ru-RU/231854.htm , папки для списка обновлений и самих обновлений настроили. На сервере, не имеющим доступ в интернет в папке со списком уязвимостей всегда создается всего пять бинарников, в независимости от устройства, для которого выполнялась задача. Если я правильно понимаю, то для каждой уязвимости должен создаваться свой бинарник. Когда загружаем его на сервер администрирования с доступом в интернет, он скачивает один большой бинарник и всё. Когда загружаем этот большой бинарник на сервер без доступа в интернет и запускаем задачу Установка требуемых обновлений и закрытие уязвимостей у него не получается, задача выполняется очень долго, периодически выдает дампы на 2+ Гб. На каком этапе что-то идет не так, в каком направлении двигаться?

I want to change the IP address of our KSC, It is 192.168.1.6 I added a new network adapter with new IP address 172.17.30.22 to the KSC VM. Both IP addresses are reachable. I searched the web and found the KLMover tool, but running this command did not change the administration server address. old IP address of KSC was: 192.168.1.6 new IP address of KSC is: 172.17.30.22, but I used DNS address: kaspersky.ourdomain.local , The client can resolve the name and ping the KSC server. Доброго дня. Собственно сама тема. При попытке подключения к KSC выходит ошибка. Резервные копии есть но не помогают. Пробовал менять утилитой смены учетной записи. Не помогло. Скриншоты прикладываю. Куда копать и что делать?

I have a email server in where i work. They worked well on "windows defender". But now we bought Kasper endpoint security, and i running some problems. I need to "know" return codes of "avp.com" to create a script to protect email accounts. I found for MAC, Endpoint Security for Mac: https://support.kaspersky.com/KESMac/11.0_adminguide/en-US/26827.htm But i need return code for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 12.1.0, i do not found any information. Need the return codes to create automate script to use in mail server.

Добрый день. После установки KSC 14.2.0.26967 и прохождения мастера первоначальной настройки в списке инсталляционных пакетов оказалось два пакета для агента администрирования. Отличаются названием и размером, внутри настройки одинаковые, каталоги в klshare созданы разные, файлы в каталогах отличаются по размеру и составу. Для KES 12.1 пакет сформировался один - тут проблем нет. Коллеги, суть вопроса - каким из пакетов пользоваться? Исходя из прошлого опыта - тем, в котором есть файлы с политикой и лицензией? Или проще их оба удалить и скачать руками? На 13-й ветке и 14.0 такого не наблюдалось...

Как понять то из-за чего ошибка? Почему аргументы типа ", >, < не принимает окно аргументов?

I have 12 administration servers on my main server. Some politics doesnt has password administration on interface configurations so some users can change configs on app. Knowing this some users desactive protection to use some website or file that kaspersky blocked. I don't have access to the computer 'cause it is on the site of client. How i can active the protection of endpoint computer remotely? Sorry for my english, i'm brazillian.

Развернут KSC 14.2 для Linux на Ubuntu Server 20.04. Агент администрирования установлен согласно инструкции. Подключаюсь через веб консоль, пытаюсь создать инсталляционный пакет. Выбираю (скачиваю\добавляю) Kaspersky Endpoint Security для Windows (12.0). Мне предлагает: Выберите Агент администрирования, который будет установлен с инсталляционным пакетом. Список пуст. Добавить его нельзя, так как там нету агента. Вопрос. Где мне взять агент администрирования?

Hi, We have created a standalone package with Kaspersky Security Center 14, NetAgent_14.2.0.26967_KES_12.0.0.465 for Kaspersky End Point Security For Windows remote installation on Windows 10 but Microsoft Defender is deleting the installer.exe file after downloading, When we check the Defender logs its showing Threat as Even after bypassing or disabling the Windows Defender we get Unknown Publisher error. You can find the name and location different in above images as we are getting these errors in multiple devices. We are disabling Defender and Forcing unknown installer but the issue is we are having around 200+ devices and we can't manually disable and complete the installation on every device. Looking for a best solution. Thank You.

Я правильно понимаю, что касперский подменяет SSL сертификат на свой собственный? Если "Да", то как это отключить? В сети поставили TING (как прокси сервер) и он должен раздавать свой SSL для корректной работы, но когда я захожу на его веб-морду и проверяю SSL соединение в браузере, то там отображается, что для этого сайта SSL выдан касперским (см. вложение). Тоже самое и с другими сайтами. В каком разделе политики отключается данный функционал? Я все варианты проверил, подмена все равно идет.

1) В веб консоли при попытке изменить политику kics for nodes в параметрах программы пишет, что не поддерживает текущую версию программы ksc 14, на 13 тоже, видимо. Соответственно при создании новой политики, он не выводит вообще kics в список. Плагин на kics вообще существует или в этом случае нужно просто всё делать через ksc? Проблема в веб-плагине или можно даже не пытаться ничего сделать, так как ksc web просто это не поддерживает? 2) И второй момент... При попытке обновления плагина kaspersky endpoint agent выдаёт ошибку. Также пишет, что у плагина есть новая версия, но он её никак не хочет загружать, ставит новую. Из файла же установить просто нет возможности, так как в дистрибутивах новой версии вообще нет (на сайте касперского) . Что-то можно сделать, были ли у кого-нибудь похожие проблемы?)
