  2. Guten Tag! Ich bekam heute die Meldung von Kaspersky, dass meine Email-Adresse mit einem Twitter-Account verknüpft ist und von dort Persönliche Daten und der Aktivitätsverlauf abgeflossen sind. Dies hat mich überrascht, da ich mich nicht daran erinnern konnte, jemals ein Konto angelegt zu haben. Auch die Rückmeldung vom Twitter-Support fiel negativ aus: Ich freue mich über Infos, bzw. Has the computer been shutdown, powered OFF, then powered ON, logged in & retried? IF 'yes' to 1, 2 & 3 & the issue persists, & if (your) Kaspersky software is licensed, not Free or Trial, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image; please include any screen images of the error, a detailed history & reproduce the issue & collect Har logs, refer: How to collect console and HAR logs, include them with the request; Support may request *other* logs, traces & other data; they will guide you: (Note - fill in (your) Kaspersky software - we've used Kaspersky Standard - as an example) Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? KIS only has Kaspersky Free VPN, read: About versions of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection - so perhaps (you) had a separate Kaspersky Premium VPN subscription at the same time as the KIS subscription OR maybe just the Kaspersky Free VPN? It's not possible to know from the information (you've) provided. Kaspersky's VPN *engine* across Free / Premium - is the same - the difference comes in the features available -> Free = VPN data is limited to 200mb/daily, 300mb if subscriber makes a one-time-connection to (their) MyKaspersky account; remote-virtual-servers selected automatically, no Supported streaming services & what's available in the Unlimited list below is *not* available in the Free version. Unlimited: Unlimited daily amount of secure traffic on each device (except when traffic is limited by your Internet service provider). Subscriber can select a location of VPN server. Subscriber can establish a secure connection through the fastest server. Subscriber can configure the Kill Switch feature to cut your Internet connection entirely if your VPN connection drops, ensuring your data is never exposed to unprotected internet access.   7. Since installing Kaspersky Plus I cannot access my printer. Tech Support, after 3-days effort suggested either exiting Kaspersky Plus before printing or pausing protection; pausing did not work, exiting, of course did -- when Kaspersky Plus is not there it cannot get in the way. Their first guess was to modify some of the Firewall setting from Block to Allow; that did not work either. On my pwn I tried shutting the VPN and then I could print. I told them exiting or shutting down VPN were both terrible solutions. They replied that all of this was for diagnostic purposes; interestingly they had not mentioned that aspect earlier. and they suggested changing more Firewall settings but did not give me any instructions how to do that. I am beginning to think that they do not know what they are doing; nor do I believe that the people who designed and built an otherwise superb product do not have a better/ cleanse solution. If anyone knows a better solution, please clue me in. Your time and attention to this matter is much appreciated.

  10. I switched to another security suite and thought that I had canceled my subscription with Kaspersky. But just recently I receive a notification on my phone saying that I will be billed $91 or something in June as an auto-renewal. So I am trying to reach someone, an actual person, mind you, not idiot AI, and of course I get fed back into the "Virtual Assistant" every time I try to contact an actual human being. HIGHLY unethical behaviour. I expect it from some Scammer company in Delhi, but I don't expect it from a company that is supposed to protect people from scammers! The irony is unbelievable. Deliberately hiding the means to unsubscribe is ILLEGAL. This is criminal behaviour.

  12. Hi all, recently purchased Kaspersky Standard. i have a @ yahoo.com email address , and when i try to go to yahoomail.com it shows me the image attached. I trust yahoomail.com's certificate , and this error popup is annoying me a lot... What would I need to do to whitelist / "trust" this site's certificate? I still want to receive popup if a threat is detected when i am on this site, just dont want to get a popup saying this site has bad certificate, and be able to open the site directly as i used to do it. any help is appreciated ! Thanks. My Kaspersky plan is Standard, and application version is - 21.17.7.539, and i am using Windows 11.
  13. I've installed the app on a VM via the command prompt then logged in with my account. It says I no longer have a valid subscription (I do for the old KTS actually but not for Kaspersky Plus I guess) and it wants me to type in an activation code Do we no longer receive 30 days of free trial? I only want to use it on a VM to set up a master config file and test some other things then I'll just create my script and delete the VM etc.

В главном окне продукта красуется название продукта — «Kaspersky VPN»: При этом, иконка на рабочем столе называется «Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection»: Может, унифицировать название и сократить его? В чем польза этих километровых названий? Кто-нибудь реально использует полное название продукта? Чем короче, тем проще! Даже MSFT давно отказались от длинного «Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer» в пользу емкого и лаконичного «Microsoft Edge». P.S. Этот тикет был на eap.kaspersky.com, но не уверен, что он сохранился.
  16. Если верить окну «About» и иконке в трее, продукт называется «Kaspersky Premium»: При этом, иконка на рабочем столе называется просто «Kaspersky» — инконсистентность. Может, переименовать иконку на рабочем столе в соответствии с тем, что мы видим в ГУЕ программы: Разумеется, при смене типа лицензии и в документации придется это учитывать.
  17. Hello @TJS, Welcome! IF Zoom is being accessed via the browser it will not show in Intrusion Prevention, Manage Applications. Which browser please? What was the alert in the Kaspersky "alert box" - what did it say? Have (you) run the Join Meeting Test? IF 'yes', did it work? Look in Kaspersky Reports, are there any Zoom events that match the alert? IF (you) do install the Zoom client, read: About application access to the webcam and microphone - make sure Zoom, Application Rules, Rights, Webcam & Microphone are both Allow Also, we've tested Zoom in Google Chrome & with Zoom Desktop Client & Kaspersky Premium - with no Kaspersky alerts. If I make my Kaspersky Plus app - while in audit mode - part of my reference image and then run sysprep, will it: - break the activation of KP thru the valid license key? - reset the master config of KP that I set up including: password for EXIT, CHANGE SETTINGS, UNINSTALL, file- or app-specific exclusions, anything else that can be set up in the app's user interface?

  21. Переустановил систему (до этого всё работало), позже установил Kaspersky Free и теперь не получается зайти на сайт Rutracker'а. До установки антивируса сайт загружался без проблем. Также пробовал отключать Интернет-защиту и сам антивирус, не помогло. Есть ещё одна проблема - антивирус мешает работать расширению для браузера "Обход блокировок Рунета", например, не загружаются картинки на Youtube.   23. New product release from commercial vendor iZotope is RX 11 audio editor. They have been a trustworthy vendor with many versions of this product over many years. This latest release is getting blocked and deleted by Kaspersky with a malicious component of PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic.nblk I have seen this threat reported online as a Kaspersky false positive in other products and was wondering if that might be the case here?   25. I have kaspersky premium subscription. I installed kaspersky password manager. I have a good internet connection. But I cannot Sync my kaspersky password manager. Its shows unable to sync please check your internet connection error. I try complete uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky Password Manager but its not working. Kindly need your help.
