Hello Jean, this is a normal confirmation popup when you try to change settings in KES. You can just limit the time for duration until it will be asking you again. Same would be happen when you set a password for KES in your policy. For any changes in local UI or disabling the policy by the tray icon you will be asked for confirmation. I have a full version of VPN Secure Connection (v 21.15.8.493) used with Windows 11 on a LG Gram laptop with strong WiFi connection, and the VPN fails to connect when the laptop is woken from sleep or shut down mode. The on-off toggle switch indicates attempted connection, with "connecting..." shown underneath. The VPN never connects and I cannot turn it off until I turn off the laptop and re-boot. I also cannot change the country server. Clicking the on-off toggle button after re-boot results in the same problem. The only way I have found to get back to normal function is to re-install the program, but doing that every day is clearly not practical. Advice please...

Итак: я примерно месяца два назад (конец декабря 2023) купил подписку и установил Kaspersky Secure Connection (далее KSC). Всё было нормально, но неделю назад прилетело обновление и началась какая-то ерунда с "падениями". Как только я захожу на сайт tpondemand.com (сайт сервиса TargetProcess) с включенным в KSC "безопасным" соединением, начинает скачиваться страница.. и приложение аварийно завершается. При обновлении страницы браузера я закономерно вижу ошибку 403, т.к. TargetProcess забанил Россию. При аварийном завершении никаких ошибок не показывается. Показывается сообщение при повторном ручном запускае KSC. При этом абсолютно неважно местоположение серверf KSC, через который направляется трафик, KSC валится в любом случае. Товарищи разработчики, будтье так добры, решите вопрос.

Does Kaspersky install its own mouse or keyboard drivers or change mouse/keyboard registry settings anymore? I read there were some issues regarding this in the past. And why would the software have to do any such thing? Excuse my ignorance but I’m a noob at antivirus. considering switching from Norton to Kaspersky. thank you

Популярность у них нулевая и цифровая подпись отсутствует согласно "Активности приложений" касперского запускаются они файлом ntoskrnl.exe. When I just navigated to a site that uses a "protected browser", I got a message "The connection to touch.kaspersky.com is not secure". That "interesting" coming from the kaspersky.com domain! Seems like once I chose to ignore the warning, I've not seen it again so far today. Is this a known quirk? Thanks-

Im Rahmen meines Kaspersky Plus-Abonnements habe ich die VPN Secure Connection mit unbegrenztem Datenvolumen u.a. auf meinem Smartphone iPhone 13 installiert. Sobald VPN eingeschaltet wird, wird allerdings die Internetverbindung (Mobile Daten) blockiert. Das iPhone ist korrekt bei Kaspersky registriert.

I just installed Kaspersky Free on my Surface Go 3. I could not complete setup without the mouse as Kaspersky UI does not react to any touch screen input. Not only app, but also Kaspersky notifications do not work with touch screen. It is the only app I have issues with. Hardware and software details: MS Surface Go 3 Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.2134 Kaspersky Free. Downloaded recently, but I can't navigate it so can't find exact build.

I'm using Windows 11 with Korean IME. I tried turning off hardware virtualization didn't work. Only turning off the category worked but it loses the functionality.

Compatibility is not guarantined with newest versions... But firefox working well in my case. For example in normal firefox i open ebay or other secure sites then kaspersky automatically opens secure browser (firefox). Try set in settings safe money another browser (IE or Edge) and try my steps above...

Hey i was going through kaspersky's website , where there's this kaspersky premium plan poped up. I was looking to buy kaspersky secure connection vpn but it seems the premium plan comes with unlimited vpn services . So here i'm asking whether the vpn service is the same or different for premium plan. cuz the only vpn(Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection) plan is worth like 1700 rupees meanwhile the premium plan which says in the description "Unlimited VPN" costs around 600 rupees .
