@KasperskyUser13 yeah and you also can create support ticket... Tech support should know about this issue. They will fix it only they can do this.
You can post back here with result from tech support.

@Flood and Flood's wife Okay lets see... I still have 21.3.10.391 version... Versions have been released 21.5 for example and above 21.8 or 21.9 and now is 21.13 and me? ? 21.3.10.391 i will wait if Kaspersky notify me for new version is available.

Also kaspersky doesn't update automatically major versions only patches are downloaded via updates.
I never got a major version (new build) via updates or notification. Always downloading from website.
Other av have this functionality for checking new version in GUI. One click with mouse and you will see if you have latest version or not. If not then av downloading...
Good feature useful who wants have always latest version.

Of course you can stay on this version like me. There is no EoL for now. I think it will be supported one year this version which you have installed.
Dont think... There will be a small limitations which needed to be fixed via update databases or patches.
Also i recomend you contact Tech Support and tell them about this problem.
You can post back here with their reply or answer.

You have same version like me.
But i have it on Windows 10 without problems.
You can update it to newest if it is in your region available.
But please note version 21.3.10.391 is more stable than new range of products.
1. Check if you can have new version available on your region kaspersky website
2. Save license info (key) then uninstall kaspersky and do reboot pc
3. Install downloaded new version activate it with your key do manually database update and reboot.

Did you upgraded your Windows? I mean upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11?
Because usually thhis window notification with limitations coming after upgrade Windows.
Windows which was clean installed not showing this window.

@RoadSign78 Uninstall KIS and restart pc. Download and install KIS update database updates and restart again. Run firefox KIS will offer you Kaspersky protection addon enable it.

I never had problem with downloading KL products...
But you can ask this your question on Tech Support and also ask them why only online installers are available.
You can post back here with their answer if you want. -
Online installer downloading approx 200 MB it is not so much. If it is slow then you have slow internet --> change your ISP (internet provider).

It is only me who have premium subscribtion but in KISA i see limit 300MB...
Again problem with VPN?
Also KISA crashing when i select any other premium server. And select how to manager subscribtion or something like that... See screenshot. Also app locker not working.
Today is bad day on my.kaspersky i see key blocked for KISA but for KPM not under same license. But downloading update definition normally. And also no problem with pc under same license. Weird.
Contacted tech support chat. He checked the key and no problem. Also he wrote that if i have no issues with it simply ignore message that is key blocked on my.kaspersky Hmmm.
Windows 11 is not compatible with Kaspersky.

2. As you can see in this thread. I wrote that it is caused after upgrade. Do clean install Windows and thats it ?
