Open kaspersky main page choose security you will find it in the top right of the page.

The last update by email from kaspersky support was: "Your request was escalated to our developers, a bug issue was created. Unfortunately, we do not have any resolution-related information yet."

I just received email from kaspersky support after sending them my GetSystemInfo report: Dear customer, Thank you for your email. We are now working with our escalation to check on the issue. Please wait for our reply. Thank you for contacting Kaspersky Support and have a good day! Regards,

Hi @Flood and Flood's wife I am using the new adguard privet DNS, there future called Browsing Security when i turn it off everything works normally. So its adguard issue i already contact them about this,, thanks for your help.

Hi @Flood and Flood's wife Thanks for replay, Event: SSL connection with invalid certificate detected User type: Not defined Application name: firefox.exe Application path: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox Component: Web Anti-Virus Result description: Blocked Object name: me-en.kaspersky.com Reason: Invalid name of certificate. Either the name is not on the allowed list, or was explicitly excluded. I think i know the issue It was blocked by adguard redirect me to blocked page and that the certificate error.

Hi This web site is Kaspersky middle east region English language. https://me-en.kaspersky.com/ Its blocked by kaspersky IS, it says (untrustworthy website has been prevented). it was working fine in the past what happen now? is it a false alarm?
