Product enhancements and development requests are not processed via the Community portal. Kaspersky require all of us, to submit any such requests, directly to their Technical Support Team. Kaspersky technical/business teams review all requests, measure requests again a variety of benchmarks and do whatever passes. Kaspersky Technical Team will communicate with you regarding any suggestion raised with them. La única forma de tener KAVF 2020, es tener una licencia de KAV, KIS o KTS (PREMIUM) vencida, si no paga, para renovar el software original, después de 15 días, el producto irá a KAV 2020 Free, con licencia por 365 días dias. DESPUÉS de 365 días, la licencia gratuita caduca = no más protección.

Ruksana advised she will notify the Technical Team who will respond asap. & Since submitting INC000010682487, have you sent a followup email or updated INC000010682487 via the web portal. Please refer to: Kaspersky Internet Security 2018: Content Control section Add / Edit web address window Note, if at any stage, you change from Kaspersky Parental Control to Kaspersky Safe Kids, Kaspersky have removed the "Content Control" feature from KSK.   14. Hello Vitalik93, Welcome and thanks for posting. We also, haven't been able to replicate the (physical) up/down button - keyboard failure, when used in Firefox 68. browsers. Unless krembuk provides us with requested url/s, the only conclusion that can be drawn is, user error. No issues with KIS. Best regards

Have you tested Firefox, IE, Edge & Secure Keyboard? --- KIS 19.0.0.1088(x) is compatible with Google Chrome 76.x --- Please post back with 1. to 4. so we may assist with determining why Secure Keyboard is not working in Google Chrome --- Re: "I read KIS 2019 supports Secure Keyboard", I'm unsure if this Supported browsers is the documentation you read, however, the documentation is incorrect / outdated, & is currently with Kaspersky Documentation Team for correction. Sin embargo, Kaspersky recomienda desinstalar el software de terceros si utiliza (o ya está utilizando) Kaspersky para evitar incompatibilidades de software. Agreed, when a parent has to input a x digit, highly complicated pwd, every hour, or whatever, they get "over it", very fast. Parent(s) should be able to access their MyK account with the 4 digit code, irrespective of the device they are signing in from. Parent(s), should be able to use the 4 digit code, combined with 2FA, if a parent(s) chooses to do so. Parent(s) should have a choice. This is not what suits the "experts", Kaspersky need to design software that's secure AND user friendly for parent(s). --- Your issue has been escalated & will be reviewed by Kaspersky Technical Experts (Russia). Фактическим модулем KPM является главное окно приложения KIS, которое нельзя сделать «невидимым», однако для «Рекомендации KPM» в KIS «Уведомления» требуется параметр «игнорировать». Эта проблема была передана специалистам «Лаборатории Касперского» (Россия) и в настоящее время рассматривается. Мы сообщим вам, как только узнаем от них. Мои наилучшие пожелания:pray_tone3:!
