  1. Hi red735i, Did the root update process of @Saoirse solve the problem of the expired certificate? I have the same problem with the same certificate.
  2. Hi Flood, Thanks for your answer. I got the warning popup only once since I installed Malwarebytes. If I get the warning a second time I take a picture and I send you a post.
  3. There has already been talked a number of times about this topic and the conclusion was : if you don’t use realtime protection it’s compatible. But I’ve contacted kaspersky support and I’ve told them clearly I’ve disabled all realtime protection items of Malwarebytes. And it’s Malwarebytes free so there is no realtime protection after 14 days. I also disable automatic startup of Malwarebytes service at booting. Kaspersky support pretends Malwarebytes is still incompatible with KIS and must be removed. I don’t understand how an application w/o background process (which is my case I suppose) can be incompatible w KIS. Only when you want to do a scan there is a background process/service started up.Therefore I reboot my PC after the scan to stop the service. Can I still use Malwarebytes free in combination w KIS despite the popup message of incompatible software I get?
  4. Hi FLOOD or Berny, How can I mark this topic as “solved”. I must have done this already a month ago. Thanks.
  5. Hi, I see no addon called “url adviser” but I see green icons near the links so it’s resolved thanks
  6. Hi FLOOD, Firefox will have the same problem as chrome has now already namely “no script injection allowed” like you describe. I have indeed the version of KP like you specify, you can check it in the image I attach. I’ve attached the image of the anti banner settings. And I’ve also attached the image of the web antivirus settings
  7. Hi FLOOD, I’ attached the image when I open the K icon in the upper right corner of the FF browser but this icon is greyed out. When i select the 3 dots at about:addons I see the vesion of KP addon 30.0.3.762?27d But Kaspersky has no permission to run in private browsing.
  8. harlan4096, I suppose the FF KP addon is the Kaspersky protection addon. This was installed at the moment of installation of kaspersky 2 months ago. I think the manual installation now has no sense.
  9. Dear FLOOD, Recently Kaspersky is updated from patch d to patch e so I have the last version. The “secure keybord input” works in firefox so I suppose the kaspersky protection addon works.Or is this not a prove? My mozilla firefox has version 70.0.1 I have attached the about:addons page.
  10. URL advisor is enabled in my KIS 2020 but there is no extension called url advisor in my firefox. I have selected “check all url’s” But I don’t see a green icon beside the links on the pages Is there something wrong?
  11. Hi FLOOD, In one of your replies above you have added an image of an input ex. of usename and password with "secure input" enabled in chrome. Was that with KIS 2020?And the latest version of chrome? You talked about a tiny keyboard icon that popup, but did the secure input icon also popup? I don't understand it should work at your site because kaspersky support told me that the cause it does not work is at technical base namely the development of chrome does not allow it anymore.
  12. thanks FLOOD for all your efforts. I think we can close this 'ticket'
  13. hi FLOOD, no I'm wrong, it's not the number of downloads that's indicated but the number of reviews. sorry, forget my message about the downloads: it would be less then the real miljion downloads
