This morning, after I turfed my kid out of the house, I changed: KSK, Device Time of Use to 15 minutes, Warn When the 15 minutes is close to expiry the following WARNING popup notification displays: At the end of the set time for Device Time of Use - the following popup notification displays: Note Ignore, child simply clicks Ignore ONCE, any Device Time of Use settings are no longer referred to by KSK application. ---- In MyKaspersky (web portal), KSK Notifications, the following is received: My child profile name (X) , PC (Desktop), Sep 19, 08:34 AM (X) exceeded the daily limit for the PC (Desktop) device use. ---- I'll repeat the exercise this afternoon, using BLOCK & post again.   3. Hello techquest, Thanks for replying. Please post an image of what you get when you replicate my 'safe website' image? How does it look like "it's an issue with Chrome/Kaspersky". I've shown Chrome?Kaspersky - no issues whatsoever. Is the (Chrome) Kaspersky Protection Extension working? What version is (Chrome) Kaspersky Protection Extension? Please let us know? Thank you.

  6. Hello bostanlidis, In KTS application, Settings, Additional, Threats & Exclusions, have you added Mediadent executable? Alternatively, add the folder the executable is found in. Please let us know? Thank you.

  10. Hello Prats, Thanks for posting back. Can you post an image of the "failed to establish secure connection" error please? The issue may be unrelated Don's, rather than get you to do a bunch of "things", let me check the error image first please? & has KSC/Vpn just been activated? Thank you.

Is Kaspersky Secure Connection the free or premium version? (see note at the end of my reply) Is the issue happening on ALL websites? Start device in SafeMode with Networking, start KSC/Vpn, recheck issue, still happening: Check Network Router, if necessary reset. Disable Firewall, recheck issue? Fixed? Let us know please? I do appreciate all your efforts:pray_tone3: From your post 14 hours ago, I've setup time notifications when time limit / device use is about to expire - those notifications allow for the child to request more time. If your son is clicking on "request more time" that's exactly what will happen, KSK will extend the time. That's not your son outsmarting KSK, that's a feature of KSK. Is KSK configured to "block" or "warn"? Are you using an "age" template as well? For example have you selected any "child is in x age group" settings? When you can, please post the notifications images so we can "see" where the problem is? In the meantime I'll create some images to help guide (you) with KSK. Thanks again

I've checked the available scan configurations & checked with Technical Support, their advice is: "this is not possible in the mobile version of Kaspersky" They have added the requirement as a "suggestion" for possible development in future versions of KIS for mobile devices.   15. Hello facethemusic2, Welcome! Could you show us an image of the files with the Kaspersky "checkmark" please? Is it possible that the Kaspersky Data Encryption feature was used at some point? To see if you can access the files, start computer in SafeMode, if the files are accessible, copy to a usb drive, start computer in Normal Mode and restore the files. Also, while in SafeMode, check the "locked" files permissions? Please post back? Thank you.

Hello TmLIsMe1408, Kaspersky software and Malwarebytes have similar needs, using both products in automated mode is not advisable as there's a possibility of competing resources, If as a result, Kaspersky did not protect you as designed - that would be an issue. I use Malawarebytes "on demand", not running automatically at system startup, nor using the "real time" features. To check your circumstances, you could reinstall MBAM, change MBAM startup parameters to manual. Reboot - FULL shutdown of computer, restart, login, make sure Kaspersky application is running, start MBAM - any problems > uninstall MBAM, no problems, good to go. Thank you.

  18. Hello TomFiii, Additional to nexon & harlan4096 What version of Adware Cleaner is installed and where was it installed from please? I've just run Adware Cleaner 7.4.1, Kaspersky is not quarantining any ADC files. Please export the KTS Report & upload using the upload icon in your reply please? Also, I notice you're still on 19.0.0.1088, are you going to update to 2020? Please post back? Thank you.

Kaspersky's stated advice is: Using Kaspersky Security Cloud alongside incompatible applications may lead to errors in the application and the operating system. We recommend you to remove any incompatible applications before installing Kaspersky Security Cloud. While LifeLock is not specifically listed, Norton product ranges are. List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Security Cloud 20 If you wish to use a product, install it, see if there's a conflict, if there is: remove, reboot, and send a request to Kaspersky Technical Support, asking their advice.   20. Hello momtokid2125, Welcome! Please tell us: KSK version? Is KSK updating automatically? Do you use KSK Premium, or Free? There's more than one "Time" notification. Please post an image of the actual popup your son is "outsmarting". Please post back? Thank you. Device use - Time feature: Select how device use will be limited. Automatically warn (your child) when the limit is reached or block the device. Simply limit daily use or create a detailed schedule. Time limit by Schedule is only available in KSK premium.

Try another browser and check the actual browser privacy, content and location settings. Let us know how you go please? Thank you

As you are "experimenting", my suggestion would be to select individual parameters, test each. & As you're building/compiling an app for an android environment, and striking issues with RealTime scanning, if you have licensed Kaspersky software, you may wish to consult Kaspersky Technical Support.
