Kaspersky Safe Kids

Once in a while when I make changes to my son’s Kaspersky Safe Kids account settings, it will direct me to uninstall the Kaspersky configuration profile from my son’s ipad and then install the new configuration profile. I’ve done this a number of times in the past and it’s always worked just fine once I install the new profile. This time it’s not working. I deleted the Kaspersky profile as directed, then when I go into Kaspersky on the ipad it says “New configuration profile is ready to install.” I click “Install Profile,” and a box pops up that says “Unable to Install Profile, An error occurred. The application of messages is not in the list of applications to allow when the device is blocked, how can I enable it or add it?

I would like to show my son how much time he spends on the computer or phone after 22:00. There doesn’t seem to be a way to ask for such a report so is there a way to export the data from several days into Excel (or CSV?) If there isn’t there should be!

from 2 moths I cannot manage a device (android tablet) from my application installed on android mobile. since 2 moths ago I was able to do it. Hello, I have had some massive problems with my computer for some time and through several tests I've been able to restrict this to Kaspersky + Google Drive File Stream. Current condition: My computer starts up and all three programs are in autistartup (Kaspersy Internet Security + Kaspersky Safe Kids + Google Drive File Stream). I can use the Mac normally and both Kaspersky and Google Drive are fine. After an indefinite period of time - sometimes after 30 minutes, otherwise only after several hours - Google Drive is crashing and hanging. My subscription is about to end. I am wondering if the program is worth it because my son continually manages to turn off KSK on his phone (Android 8.1)and install apps that are blocked. He claims KSK turns off on its’ own. On his PC running window 10 I set a time limit and as soon as he logs in the he can run straight for 24 hours. I have uninstalled and reinstalled KSK on both devices and updated the app and it still doesn’t work. He does not have the password.

kids safe reports new a new app installed. However it does not appear in the apps list, so i cannot restrict it. In this case the app is instagram. any ideas about this?

A couple of issues on iOS. 1) I have the a Safe Browser installed in addition to Safe Kids on an iPad running iOS 13. However, the blocked website categories in Safe Browser do not sync to the child’s profile. And setting them in the Safe Browser settings is useless because they can easily be changed by the child. 2) when I attempt to turn off Device Use monitoring in that profile, it always comes back on. Before I added the iPad to the profile, it just had one Android phone and I was able to turn off Device Use monitoring.

So its been 24 hours and I cant get the email confirmation to come through upon signing up for the 7 day trial of Safe Kids. Oddly enough, the email to confirm for this forum came through fine. The catch is, I cant use tech support or anything to find out why this is happening, because it requires the email confirmation 😂 Not sure what options I have at this point? Im an IT professional so yes I have went through the normal steps of checking junk, spam, whitelisting, etc. Im 99% sure its just not being sent.

KSK is unable to block access to the internet done through the search function within the TouchPal keyboard, KSK blocking of Bing, Google and it's variants has no affect. This is a major failure with KSK since the internet can be accessed without limitations regardless of the KSK blocking settings.

Kaspersky Kids is comparable with K9 or Qustodio? I am previously using K9 but application is outdated. Can you limit a kid's time per day AND set a schedule or can you only use one option at a time? This is not clear from the system. For example i want to block apps after 9:00 and also allow a maximum of 3 hours a day

I am on the my.kaspersky.com site to setup and administer the Kaspersky Safe Kids settings for my child. If I click on the little bell in the upper right corner of the webpage, in the notifications it says: "(NAME) tried to open the forbidden application Settings on the MI 8 Lite (Mobile) device. The application category: Tools, the age restriction: 0+." However, when I click on "Edit Settings" it says that the application is allowed. And yet he still cannot open the application. I'm trialling Kaspersky safe kids on my child's MacBook Pro. whenever I try to observe the websites that he's visited, the website just has the same message "No web activity detected during last month.”. I know for certain that there has been web traffic because I tested it myself and browsed a few websites, none of which show up Hoping you could explain why or help me fix it? Thanks

Please help me, where can I set blocking the device after the time limit? Only statistics and time limit is choosable. If I choose time limit, I can pick warning based on daily usage or warning based on time frames. Help me please, I would like to block the device. Thx, Mariann

Is it possible using KSK 1.24.0.1566 to disable the quick access drop down menu on Android 7 device? I have disabled access to settings app on the phone, but quick access is still accessible. This makes GPS location feature useless since my son just turns off location services. Thanks in advance.

It would very helpful to create profiles that would be applied to several children that we choose right away. I have 10 children of different age. When I want to add a website to the blacklist or whitelist or want to change screen time, it is very time consuming to do it in each child's profile. I don't know why, but all parental control systems that I tested (Qustodia, Norton Family, Mobicip, etc) have this shortcoming. The setting in the group profile would be applied to all selected children, but if later on we go to individual child's profile, any changes there would override the group profile settings.
