Kaspersky Safe Kids

Hi, Using KIS 20.0.14.1085(c) and Safe Kids 1.0.5.4096(b) When opening Chrome browser I get this message from "Safe Kids" If I click Continue or Disconnect, this as for effect that I'm unable to see my chromecast device in the tab, see image below. Thank you in advance for your help.

Is it possible using KSK 1.24.0.1566 to disable the quick access drop down menu on Android 7 device? I have disabled access to settings app on the phone, but quick access is still accessible. This makes GPS location feature useless since my son just turns off location services. Thanks in advance.

It would very helpful to create profiles that would be applied to several children that we choose right away. I have 10 children of different age. When I want to add a website to the blacklist or whitelist or want to change screen time, it is very time consuming to do it in each child's profile. I don't know why, but all parental control systems that I tested (Qustodia, Norton Family, Mobicip, etc) have this shortcoming. The setting in the group profile would be applied to all selected children, but if later on we go to individual child's profile, any changes there would override the group profile settings. Kaspersky Kid, Under Summary, Applications; Under this section it detects application and how many hours they are running for. This seems to be included in the usage stats for the time limits set on the device; I want to know how to exclude an application from that monitoring? EG; I have teamviewer installed on my childs PC - this has been detected as running for 23hours of usage - which is not correct and should be excluded from monitoring. Same deal with an application I use to message him over our lan - aka Lan messanger - it does the same where the application is idle but detected in usage - again how can I exclude this app or process from usage monitoring? I am lost, my son figured out a way to override the time limit. He is honest, so he told me how to do this....When time limit is getting close, pop up appears and he keeps clicking it like crazy and somehow it let him keep using the computer (desk top). What can I do to fix this? Do I need to install some other kids safe program?.....I am getting real tired to figure this out please help me. Kids are getting smarter than me....

We have a shared android tablet with a separate user profile for my kid. The current restricted user profile is not good enough anymore since she uses internet more often. How does it work if I install KSK on the tablet. Is it possible to have it on 1 (normal) user profile? Will the other users be restricted by KSK on their profile?

Is it possible to send an email alert to the parent when a kid requests access to a website? I know you can see them by logging into the Kaspersky website and looking the notifications. Looking for a way to be notified without having to log in, preferably via email.

I have 5 children and multiple devices on Kaspersky Safe Kids. One of my children is starting high school and no longer needs an ipad for school this year. I want to switch his ipad in KSK to my youngest child who will be using the ipad for school this year. But I can't see any way to switch a device that's already in KSK from one child to a different child. All I can see is a way to disconnect a device from a child (which removes KSK from the device) or to add a new device to a child (which directs you to a link to set up KSK for the first time on a new device). With Safe Kids installed, age of profile set to born in 2010, child is therefore 9. Google Chrome "SafeSearch" is turned on. I tried to perform a basic search. Search term: Hentai Under the Google results for All no results. Good. Under the Google results for Videos no results. Good. Under the Google results for Maps no results. Good. I installed safe kids version 1.21.0.1048 recently after my wife inadvertantly uninstalled the original. The 'turn off app' feature is different. I enter my password but then have to click a 'sign in' tab rather than 'turn off app' tab. Thereafter I get a 'turn off app' tab which sets the app off time to 5 mins. No option to pick your own off time (eg: 15 min, 30 Mon, etc) Is this a glitch or a function of this latest (free) version Thanks

The website does not regularly update where my child is. It's showing at the moment that she is at a friends house. She was there yesterday. Today she has been at school all day, and has been active on the phone for 2 hours. Is there a way to make it update more regularly? Thanks for any help

Hello, I bought the annual license for KSK after the free 7 day trial. The 7 day trial worked perfectly for me since I was able to see in chronological order of what my kid has been browsing. I was impressed and happy. However, today, when I clicked on the internet -> report, I only saw activities as of yesterday. Nothing today. I knew for sure that my kid used the internet since we homeschool and I have got reports from the school system that she has completed some works. Can anybody help me with this? I already submitted request to technical support in the morning, but still no answer. Thanks in advance!

previously reported on old forums (see links below), kaspersky kids blocks google classroom and gmail - the two sites that kids these days need most. Turning off safe kids solves the problem. This is a subscription ending problem unless resolved. First thread below indicates a bug was found but my son gets ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE whenever going to gmail.com or classroom.google.com. Occasionally, it will magically work, but he is getting it today for hours. I happened to be home - after much digging, i can see nothing that should prevent it. I saw a pop up notification message on my cell phone the other day that mentioned renewing my Kaspersky Safe Kids account. But it did not contain a link to go and review my account settings and renew the license. For some reason I was thinking that I may have previously set my account to automatically pay for renewal each year, but when I look into my account settings online I can't see any information about whether the account is set to automatically renew the license or not. Although bloking system works well in chrome, it does not work in many other browsers, like K-meleon, Pale Moon, Brave, Falkon, ...etc. i use Windows 7 for PC and Android for phone. I have already blocked browsers category in Application settings. Please help.

Hello my 12y kid who is not especially a geek find a way to desactivate or even more to uninstall kaspersky Safe kids from his android phone (brand: WIKO) making KSK totally useless at this stage can someone help me with 2 answers please: 1/ is it a known issue ? many videos on yutube to explain how to avoid KSK but nothing i can find as a solution to this problem 2/ is there any known solution ? if yes can you explain me step by step in very plain english as i am not a native english speaker ? many thanks in advance
