dear all / hello my phone is Samsung s20 ultra , after upgrade android to 12, kaspersky mobile find a problem, kaspersky is disable on my phone i can remove app but i can not install again so please tell me about this problem thank you

I have been using Kaspersky for years and my default browser is Microsoft Edge. As of yesterday, when Kaspersky Total Security is running, Microsoft Edge and Opera GX both fail to load web pages (ANY web pages), displaying either err_connection_reset or err_connection_aborted pages. The browser will actually cycle through the two pages (rest, then abort, then reset again, etc...) for a certain number of cycles, then it will just stop, but it will not load the web page. This occurs whether I have the extensions installed in the browser or not, and even whether Kaspersky Total Secutiy is active or not - pausing the app does not solve the problem. I have a full scan scheduled to run at 0400 Sunday morning but it starts at 1300 Saturday afternoon. My computer is always on and NOT in use at 0400 Sundays but IS in use at 1300 Saturdays (which is why I notice it running). Why would it consistently start 15 hours earlier than scheduled?

Hi, sometimes (recently) when I start to search a word in search box in application rules window, it hangs for seconds and then returns wrong search results. At the next computer restart it prompts to send very large report .dmp files to kaspersky (~600-900MB total), which I can't upload that amount. There is also ~7GB of those files in c:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Traces folder. Is it me or does anybody else have this problem? Thanks

I use KIS on a windows 10 PC and connect using WPA3 to a WPA3 router. KIS keeps telling me that my connection is insecure and that I should use its VPN. I thought at 1st that it was because I was using another VPN (Proton) via the windows client, so I removed it. I still get the "your wifi is insecure" "please use our vpn" message. Any clue? This is annoying. Does Kaspersky detect Rogue AP? Could the message be indicating that someone nearby has created a false AP and that I am really at risk or is this a bug?

I am investigating why I am suddenly not able to put my PC (running Windows 10) into sleep mode. The sleep and power options seem OK. An Internet search suggested checking for problems via the Device Manager menu and look for devices showing a yellow 'alert triangle' The only one I can see is against "Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adaptor #2". Could this be the culprit? If so, how might I solve it?

This is something that has been happening for a few days already, When I'm developing on PHPStorm/Goland on WSL2, Windows cannot start new threads in a timely manner. The processor and memory look normal, and existing threads work well, but it hangs if you try to start a new application or thread, e.g., open a new Chrome browser. It usually takes 10~15 minutes for the system to recover, and the recovery is slow. During the issue, each thread takes ~45 seconds to start. My computer is running Windows 11 23H2 22631.3155 Professional (x64) and has Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (patch k) installed. After a quick scan of kaspersky, I restarted my computer but failed with a bluescreen. It said the OS ran into some problem and the error code was INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. After a forced reboot, the same bluescreen appeared again. I tried Windows boot repaire but it didn't work. Hi guys, I've been having problems with Spotify desktop for about a week. The application does not play songs and displays the interface in gray. Disabling KIS everything works correctly again. Checking the network rules, spotify is trusted and all connections are open incoming and outgoing. I also tried to add it to the list of exclusions for anti-virus checks without success. If I check for errors or blocked connections in the reports I do not find anything related to Spotify. What else could I do? Suggestions? Thanks for any help. Raf

after installing KIS 20 , an access file on a server won't open. If i copy the file locally, it opens just fine. Removing KIS 20 , the file opens from the server ANY IDEAS ??? thanks in advance not very happy with kaspersky these days................

Hi. I'm having a problem trying to install KIS 2019 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have removed previous Avast Antivirus using removal tool, ran Ccleaner, Cleaned temp files, reset Internet Explorer settings, Have .Net Framework 4.5 installed but still no joy. Download startup.exe from Kaspersky Website. Ran Installation, Accept all terms but as soon as it switches to downloading it gives me Unknown Error! then forces me to close. Any suggestions?

Kaspersky Internet Security for my Android was just updated. Now, when my screen is locked, it displays the warning icon (triangle with exclamation point inside). As soon as I unlock my phone or turn the screen on the warning icon changes to the "protected" icon (shield with exclamation point inside). Why is this happening? Is my phone at risk when screen is off or locked?
