Can scanning the files in advance accelerate the daily uses? By user mannual if the iswift is turned on, scanning in advanced can avoid scanning it twice, yet every time the database is updated the software have to rescanit, even if the file hasn’t been changed? So scanning the entire disk in advanced has very little help, is that correct? I remember some Product (e.g. Eset and Avast) offers a mode so that if the programme feels certain about a file, it won’t rescan it even if the database is updated. Do Kaspersky offers a similar option, for it is a waste of cpu time to scan and rescan a not very popular file (so its not in the white list) yet existed for years. (Lik…

Hello Kaspersky Team, I’m an user of the Brave browser and since about two weeks I get a warning about some extension that comes with the browser installation. Kaspersky is saying it’s not-a-virus:NetTool.Win32.TorTool.bte. The manifest for that extension says its "Brave Tor Client Updater extension". I reset my computer and would then download Kaspersky again but I can't find my activation code what do I do?

As I remember on I accepted to help and send informations aboutproblems or about the program. Today there was a dialogue if I want to send. But how to know _she_ wants to send sewnsible date to _whom_? It needs some time to get the information that the logs are found in the dir of Kaspersky! WH> is it not possible to - simply - write the name of the program in the top of the dielogue?! Amd/or write a short text opn this information? Normaly I would preess the buton “not send” to hinder ANY prog to send anything of my system anywhere! Please canage!!!

Hi, I need help in disabling or run auto-update the Parental Update Notifications Settings on user Desktop. I already disable all the notification in Kaspersky Notifications settings, but this notification still showing and the worse is, it will freeze and can't open the Kaspersky menu. So we need to restart the desktop. And it also a hassle for me every time this notification pop-up because I need to put the password in order to run the update. I bought Kaspersky Total Security with KIS for Mac -1 License and Kaspersky Internet Security for Android-3 devices. I pushed the License from myKaspersky to two phone and over 24 hours later they still read "sending license" Question is, why can't the licenses be pushed instantly or within a reasonable time?

I contacted support after upgrading my pc and reinstalling windows Kaspersky tells me I’ve run out of activations and I need to have it reset. I got an automated response telling me to provide the email I purchased it with which I did. Since then I’ve heard nothing back?! Please advise, JaHaWi

I have recently installed kapspersky on my laptop, however, all messages are displaying in Russian. Even warnings of sites are displayed in Russian. I belive you can press shift and f12 to change it to English, but this is only a temperory solution,as when you restart, it goes back to russian. also this only translate the screen ou looking at, any window or tab is in russian again.

We are working remotely now and are transitioning to laptops to replace current desktops. Can we add the laptops to our current Security temporarily without purchasing new licenses for appox 30 days until we remove Kasperski from the desktops

This is more of a feature request that I hope others will get behind. I love the Webcam protection...But the notification that pops up needs to have an option to no longer warn you when certain apps are being used or to hide the notification after a preset amount of time. I use OBS a lot and I would love the option to timeout the warning after so many seconds for certain apps or shut it off entirely. Currently you allow all apps to access with a warning that allows you to deny access after the fact. Perhaps reversing that system and adding a user manually allow dialog would be safer. I hacked by Ransomware virus through all files on the hard disk encrypted, and renamed following name and extentions: <filename>Email=?ID=?.encrypt it's may be case of Trojan.Encoder.27950 (#Ouroboros) Is there able to restore/repair ransom infected/encrypted file? especially sql MDF or Bak file? Throughout my secure transaction in e-banking, KIS has repeatedly stated (up to 15 times!) that it has prevented CCleaner Pro from gaining access to the secure transaction environment. Whenever i use Full Scan, i find that the total files scanned is totally different from previous one. Sometimes its 0.35 Million ,sometimes its 0.5 M, or 1 M. My settings is ---- High Security Level for every scan , All Files types, Deep Scan Heuristic Analysis.

My PC has 2 additional drives and when I have a scan scheduled to run, Kaspersky scans all three drives (B: C: and D:) which takes several hours. Is there a way I can have a scheduled scan only check the drives/folders that I choose to scan? Thanks
