it's requiring me to login into my kaspersky account (which i don't have access to) to submit a help message to kaspersky support team i was so lucky to find the kaspersky community account are separate from the my kaspersky account should i make a second my kaspersky account to communicate with the support team to fix my first my kaspersky account ??

i cant login into my account because i dont have the password ( actually i changed my account password because it's old but my lastpass password manager didn't save/update the new password so i dont have the new password to login ), then i tried to reset the password through the email and received the password reset message from the email and clicked reset password with no problems. so my problem is that it's required a security question to make me change the password but i dont have any security questions at my account, i didn't set any security questions to my account but it's required me to answer a security question to reset password so please help
