Issue:

URL Advisor does not show indication symbols in search results when using “DuckDuckGo” or “startpage” search engine in Chrome or Firefox.

 

Settings:

The URL Advisor is configured to show indication symbols only in search results. When setting URL Advisor to check all URLs, the indication symbols appear correctly in the search results of all search engines, but also behind every link on all websites which is not an option/fix for me.

 

In Chrome and also in Firefox the indication symbols appear correctly when using the Google search engine, but not when using the mentioned search engines. It seems that “DuckDuckGo” and “startpage” and maybe further search engines are not correctly recognized as search engines.

 

Is this an already known bug or am I the only one affected? Is there anything I could try to solve this issue?

URL advisor not working with duckduckgo (i am using this) also not compatible with startpage.
