Hello,

Before you follow @Berny advice, You can do a small settings in KL product.

main GUI → support → support tools → Delete all services data and report.

After do that, Please reboot PC. If you encounter this information again, I think and believe you really need to submit a report to investigate the cause of the avp crash on your computer via my.kaspersky.com/support.
