Imagino que te refieres a la función Pago Seguro, y por lo que veo, Kaspersky toma por defecto, quizás el primer usuario que se creó en ese navegador Chrome 🤔 Hum mucho me temo que actualmente no se me ocurre ninguna opción para que se pueda elegir el perfil de usuario, en este caso del navegador Chrome, a la hora de abrir una sesión de Pago Seguro 🤔 ¿Has probado a crear un acceso directo en el Escritorio a uno de los perfiles de Chrome? https://joseramonbernabeu.com/perfil-de-usuario-google-chrome/ Y una vez abierto Chrome desde ahí, abrir la URL del banco... 🤔

Yeah the webmaster of the website answered and this is their reply regarding the "infection" "The code they mentioned is just part of our anti-adblocker code. Which only detects if someone is using an adblocker. It has nothing to do with a trojan. I'll add Kaspersky to the list of applications that don't have good developers. I take security very seriously!!!!!" So, it's ad-detection code, but still I can not access it due to the "infected code" in question

Конечно в карантине ничего нет, он удалился с удалением продукта. Сложно сказать, как решить проблему, варианты - откат к контрольной точке, восстановление из бэкапа, восстановление нерабочих программ/драйверов, переустановка ОС, покупка нового компьютера... Ну а вообще, продукт ведь даже не сам удалил, а только предложил принять решение, так что очень большая вероятность, что это были только безвредные ПНП. Конечно, если рубить сразу и без раздумий, то любой антивирус может нехило так навредить. Это в ЛК еще довольно лояльны к всяким ПНП, есть гораздо более злорадные фирмы. -

Я, после нескольких часов поиска решения проблемы, снес эту дрянь. Сейчас установил снова, но в карантине ничего нет. Так понимаю, теперь только винду переустанавливать. Продукт 10/10, хорошо, что не успел купить плюс версию на три устройства, как планировал

Which Kaspersky software was purchased? Your topic is in Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) section; for KIS, the *related* documentation says: "Normally, the e-mail message with the activation code for Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, and Kaspersky Total Security is delivered within an hour. If you did not receive the message, check your Spam or Junk email folders in case it was moved automatically there by mistake. If you still cannot locate the message with an activation code or if you have entered a wrong e-mail address, contact us or our retail partners." For Kaspersky's *new* software there are two emails (see below) & they normally come within one minute of each other. The first email is the receipt. Копии удаленных объектов находятся в карантине, в течение 30 дней их можно восстановить. Сложно сказать, что было детектировано, не увидев даже ни одного скрина. Это могла быть ПНП, которая не является вредоносной программой, могло быть ложное срабатывание... Прикрепите для начала хотя бы скрин карантина, чтобы было хорошо видно как минимум первые три колонки (Файл, Путь, Обнаружено). -

Подскажите, пожалуйста, не совсем понял как работает задача поиска вредоносного ПО, если в расписании задать - при обнаружении вирусной атаки. После создания задачи проверка запустилась на всех компьютерах. При обнаружении вредоносного ПО проверка не запускается, т.е. в свойствах устройства я не вижу запуска этой задачи, а в результатах выполнения задачи у устройства стоит дата, что задача выполнилась, когда я ее создал, а когда была обнаружена вирусная атака, ничего не произошло. Я что-то не так делаю? Хочу, чтобы на устройствах автоматом запускался поиск вирусов после срабатывания антивируса на вредоносное ПО.

Yeni ödeme yöntemi ekleyemiyorum. Ne yapmam lazım ?

Can You try to disable only firewall in Your Kaspersky and check if still the issue? This is to locate what protection module the problem is into. -

I noticed that when I also turn on the VPN - The nas's is gone... I can tuned of (Exit) Kaspersky and let QNap finds it NAS - Give me access... Then I turn on Kaspersky and everything is ok (until next boot) - But if I turn on VPN - The NAS's are gone/blocked and no access? (I don't need VPN ... I am on a wired computer to my router. But I need to boot now and again! -

IF the subscription is for 2 devices it's not *actually* necessary to remove the first device, but IF you wish to, here are the steps, please follow them *exactly*: In (your) MyKaspersky account, *Subscriptions tab* - check & make sure the Activation code is stored? Uninstall Kaspersky from (your) Android. In (your) MyKaspersky account, *Devices tab* - DISCONNECT the OLD Android - select CONFIRM - to acknowledge the action - allow the disconnect to complete. When the disconnect is complete, go back to the Android & power it OFF When the Android is completely OFF, power it ON, login. Go to Google OR Huawei Play Store. Download Kaspersky VPN & Anti-Virus Install Kaspersky VPN & Anti-Virus. When Kaspersky VPN & Anti-Virus requests an Activation code - select -> I have an Activation code - do not enter any code - instead - sign into your MyKaspersky account so the Kaspersky application & the stored Activation code can synchronize Depending on (your) subscription will depend on the features available: read: Kaspersky app for Android features and components.
