  8. При вводе кода активации выдается сообщение о превышении лицензионного ограничения на количество устройств. При этом лицензия на 3 устройства, а подключено только 2 компьютера. Код завожу с одного из подключенных. OS Windows 11
  9. I used the qualifier "may" specifically to indicate uncertainty, and thank you for the clarification of your role. In the absence of sufficient information speculation is all that remains. As I clearly stated in my initial post I am a Kaspersky loyalist having used their products for nearly a decade, my reply to Kaspersky employee Mikhail Shakhov specifically states that I "appreciate the difficulties involved in such a complex integration" and that my trust in Kaspersky's products has not changed.     Hi, I have KSC 15 in my workplace. I have been using KES4B Advanced license so far. Now our SOC team needs EDR (or XDR) capabilities. In case I purchase a new NEXT EDR or XDR license, is there another dedicated management console or it will be part of KSC? Thanks

So its important to try that, and if the situation hasn't improved either lodge or update a support ticket, this will help Kaspersky further diagnose the issues and how widespread they are. The absence of any contribution or explanation by this forum's moderators on many of the threads concerning this issue is telling. It may indicate that a strict "no comment" directive from legal and PR has been applied to what can be described as follows: "A Severity 1 (SEV-1) incident: a global service degradation lasting more than 4 hours , triggering company-wide emergency protocols." Normally an outage affecting connectivity for a majority of users would be expected to be resolved within 24-48 hours. Just how widespread this is issue is unknown but given that the update applies to all platforms and subscription types it is likely to be extensive, and silence can be a form of damage control. There must be a fundamental incompatibility between Kaspersky's software and PureVPN's infrastructure that requires a major re-engineering effort to fix. Temporary use of one of the many free VPNs is a good option to have a break from the stress of dealing with this. I wish I could be of more help, just know that you are definitely not alone.

  16. Зайди касперский и слева внизу есть кнопка настроек и нажми настройки интернет защиты. В нём всё просто и удобно.

  26. Thank you. The Firefox browser option appeared in the Password Manager app after I reinstalled Firefox using the link you provided, and the extension is now installed and working. For reference, I believe the issue was that I installed Firefox from the Microsoft Store.
