@Longlife ich habe jetzt mal ein Ticket dafür erstellt und ausführlich beschrieben. Mal schauen, was zurück kommt. Ich gebe dann entsprechend Bescheid. Bezüglich dem Removal Tool: Eine komplette Deinstallation über Windows war leider nicht richtig möglich, zumindest für Kaspersky VPN. Die Deinstallation wurde auch nach mehreren Minuten nicht fertig. Daher bin ich vorsichtshalber mit Acronis auf ein Backup zurück. Als eine erneute Deinstallation der VPN Komponente wieder nicht fertig wurde, bin ich nochmal auf das Backup zurück und habe dann sowohl Kaspersky Standard als auch die VPN Komponente über das Removal Tool deinstalliert. Das hat auch dann einwandfrei funktioniert, genauso wie die Neuinstallation danach. Und Kaspersky selbst funktioniert nach der Neuinstallation weiter wie gewohnt bis auf die Sache mit dem Selbstschutz, wofür es ja jetzt ein Ticket gibt. Blöde Frage: Was ist mittlerweile eigentlich so schlimm an dem Removal Tool? Früher sollte man das sogar nutzen, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, damit es keine Altlasten gibt? Habe ich durch das Nutzen des Removal Tools nun irgendwas kaputt gemacht und sollte lieber nochmal aufs Backup zurück und die normale Deinstallation über Windows erneut probieren oder kann ich es so lassen, wenn ich ja keine Fehler habe?

@garioch7 no only in russian. It is unofficial kaspersky club especially for russian people.... or people who know for russian (for example i know but i am not russian)..

@scopeIch würde Dir nahelegen ein Ticket beim KL Support zu eröffnen und den Fall schildern. Wir dürfen hier im Forum keine GSI Analyse oder sonstiges Auswerten wie die Problemaufzeichnung als Beispiel dies dient auch vor allem deinem Schutz. ps: Dass KL Entfernungstool würde ich Dir raten nur einzusetzen wenn die normale Deinstallation nicht funktionieren würde. Die Einstellungen sind so bei mir im Selbstschutz

@Berny, Thank you for your welcome and your understanding. Please give me a swift kick if I go afoul again. I think I now have a better understanding of what is acceptable here. Thanks to @Flood and Flood's wife for their educational post. I have now read the Community Guidelines/Rules. I do have a question, though. Reference was made in the Guidelines to more latitude in the Kaspersky Club, so I went and looked. It was all in Russian. Is there an English version of that Club? Have a great day. Regards, Phil
