  1. I recently purchased 5 Kaspersky Plus sealed Activation Cards. When I tried to create a My Kaspersky Account and enter the activation codes, I was advised that the codes were already activated on another My Kaspersky account. I tried a second new sealed Activation Code and this was also registered to another email account. I didn't recognise either of these email accounts. After trying to Activate the 5 newly purchased activation codes from a reliable supplier, I was only able to successfully activate 1 of the 5 activation codes. After over a week of trying to get some support with these activation codes, Kaspersky at first they though I was trying to con them, I was finally able to convince Kaspersky that I didn't activate the codes, and after they did some checking, realised that 4 of the 5 codes where Activated before the date of my purchase invoice. I'm still waiting for a response from Kaspersky saying they will replace the 4 Kaspersky Plus codes for me. All I am getting is to return them, opened, to my supplier and ask for a refund. If I can't get Kaspersky to believe me in under a week, I'm sure that a supplier isn't going to believe me without proof. Only Kaspersky has the proof. They are not fourth coming in sharing it with me. More importantly, how do Sealed Activation Code Cards get used by someone else. Again no expiation from Kaspersky. Gnomie.
  2. How can I change in the My Kaspersky account, my password manager license bag. Beacuse the Kasperky Plus includes a password manager?
  3. I purchased 2 activation codes for Kaspersky (1x Total Security 5 device, 1x Internet Security 3 device). I purchased these long before the US ban. What do I do with them now? One is showing in my Kaspersky subscriptions saying it has 367 days left (not used). The other I have from my NewEgg order waiting to be added. Will it automatically carry over for another year subscription in UltraAV, or am I just screwed out of 2 years of purchased subscription?
  4. I can't seem to be able to purchase the standard Kaspersky which is £15.99, I have checked that I entered all my details correctly yet I can't seem to be able to purchase: It keeps saying "Your payment has been declined"?

The Background: First and foremost, I have been subscribed to Kaspersky for a couple years now and everyone has recently heard of the recent ban of Kaspersky services and products in the US which means that I won't be able to use their services. I also know that UltraAV is taking over as a successor to Kaspersky. The Problem: I have made several attempts to contact customer service through email, phone and support but so far I haven't received anything back. I even submitted several complaints and requests through the support begging them to cancel my subscription. I even went on my subscription page and there is literally no button to let me cancel the subscription. Ways I contacted them: Calling US phone number: (866) 328-5700 Emailing their US email: *****@*****.tld Submitting a couple complaints or requests through their support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us The reason being that UltraAV randomly installed on my computer without permission. It feels like a breach in my online privacy and safety. Why would I want to have software that I have never heard of to be in charge of providing protection for my computer? Also, I know cancelling the account would NOT cancel the auto-renewal and subscription. Would someone from Kaspersky please help me with this. I have tried everything possible.
  6. Hello there, So I turned off auto-renewal for my current subscription, and then found out I could not turn it back on. I then bought a different subscription for Premium, and now I have two premium subscriptions, one that is almost expired, and the one I just recently bought. I then checked the kaspersky app and it says that I am still on the subscription that is close to expiring despite having bought a new one. My question is once my current subscription ends, will it automatically transfer to the new subscription?
  7. Olá a todos(as), Possuo um controle pessoal financeiro e uma das coisas que sempre me deixa na mão é encontrar e saber dados financeiros do Kaspersky. Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço!

    Boa noite, queria entender o porque a página da web do My Kaspersky nao esta funcionando eu ja tentei entrar em diferentes navegadores e buscadores mas sempre aparece o mesmo erro ''429 Too many requests'' ou então as vezes que nao estou conectado a internet. Como resolver? Nao consigo entrar pra poder baixar os softwares com minha assinatura e usar. Exemplo: 429 Too Many Requests Angie
  10. Recently, I bought 3 users 1 year KS Standard. But, the problem is that I can't use it for 3 separate My Kaspersky accounts but rather 3 devices connected but under one My KS account. What did this happen for? Can it be solved?

    Раз в год мне приходится продлевать подписку на ваш продукт (ну не доверяю я автоматическому списанию). И раз в год этот процесс меня просто убивает! Чем занимаются ваши UX/UI, ваши BA/SA?! Более нелогичного интерфейса сложно представить! Почему приобретя подписку я должен полчаса искать способ прикрепить её к устройству?! Почему кликая на "Добавить устройство" в новой подписке мне выскакивает модалка с предложением скачать приложение вместо того чтобы просто отобразить список моих устройств куда я хочу отправить лицензию? Почему на странице устройства нет нигде кнопки или ссылки чтобы добавить лицензию выбрав её из списка лицензий? Почему нельзя добавить резервную лицензию к действующей на устройстве?! Почему всё так не логично?!
  12. Здравствуйте! Есть два вопроса по поводу активации Kaspersky Free: 1. Появился вопрос по поводу лицензирования Kaspersky Free для использования в школе на множестве ПК. Необходимо установить на компьютеры в школе Kaspersky Free. Загвоздка в том, что программа для каждого пк требует входа в My Kaspersky, но на один аккаунт можно привязать только 3 пк (а этого явно недостаточно). Кучу почт будет проблематично создавать, а если что-то случится с каким-то одним ПК, то и еще нужно будет определённую почту искать. Как можно решить эту проблему? 2. Также, поискав информацию, был найден ключ для активации Kaspersky Free. Что я делаю: при первом включении антивируса нажимаю кнопку для использования ключа, ввожу этот ключ для бесплатной версии (я так понимаю, что это альтернатива активации программы через My Kaspersky), а после этого он требует ввода почты. Почту можно ввести какую-нибудь несуществующую, а после успешной активации программы выйти из аккаунта, лицензия при этом сохраняется. Вопрос в том, продлится ли автоматически лицензия Kaspersky Free по истечении 1 года действия уже активированной лицензии по ключу если привязанного аккаунта с этой одноразовой почтой уже нет?

  15. How do I "uninstall" KIS from this machine, then, after restoring my OS, "reinstall" using the same key? I have tried to read the Kaspersky instructions. I've searched this forum, but I am just not certain I won't lose my key due to "too many installations." I have linked my license (activation code) to my My Kaspersky account. I have recorded my activation code separately so I won't lose it. I have not yet reinstalled (clean) my Windows 11 OS. What do I need to do next? How do I "uninstall" KIS from this machine, then, after restoring my OS, "reinstall" using the same key? I don't need a lot of details,. I just need to know what step is next before wiping my machine.

  17. When I just registered my product, the form auto-completion changed my email address without my realizing it, and now I have two separate My Kaspersky accounts. Is it possible to merge them? When I went into one and tried to change the email address to the other, I was just told "that email address is reserved".

Queria uma ajuda com essa mensagem que fica aparecendo toda vez que inicio meu computador, já desinstalei e instalei o software novamente umas três vezes e sempre volta a aparecer, a mensagem diz "A inicialização anterior do aplicativo falhou" e tem que ser enviado um relatório, já enviei o relatório que a mensagem pede mas mesmo assim ela volta a aparecer, queria um suporte para isso sendo que nas configurações do aplicativo não tem nenhuma função que desabilite esse envio de dados, sendo que na hora da instalação eu desmarquei a opção de envio de dados para relatório, solicito um esclarecimento sobre o assunto...

    kaspersky yükleme sorunu

    Bugün kaspersky plus satın aldım hemen hızlıca kurulama geçtim lakin kurulum yaparken yükleme başarız oldu dedi ve bilgisayarım enfekte olabileceğini söyledi. Kaspersky TDSS KILLER ve VIRUS REMOVAL TOOL ile tarama yapmama rağmen her hangi bir tehdit bulunamadı. Kurulum yapamıyorum, hep aynı hatayı alıyorum. Bu sorunu nasıl çözerim? Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.
