Hi Scyllo, mit Deiner Fehlerbeschreibung muss ich erst mal ein wenig beschäftigen. Verdächtig ist es schon, wenn Du mit zwei unterschiedlichen Produkten Probleme mit der Win-FW hast... Zum Punkt eigene Firewall: die ist bei KL prinzipbedingt Voraussetzung, sonst würde z. B. das HIPS nicht funktionieren. Der Rest, wie gesagt, später.

Dann gehen wir mal Schritt für Schritt vor. Ich nutze den sicheren Browser nicht. Ob das Problem mit FF 68.0.1 zu tun hat, kann ich daher nicht beurteilen. Setze den "sicheren Browser" mal zurück: Gehe im Windows-Explorer zu "C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab" und benenne das Unterverzeichnis "SafeBrowser" um, z. B. nach "SafeBrowser.reserve". Der Ordner "C:\ProgramData\" wird von Windows in den Standardeinstellungen versteckt. Du kannst ihn so sichtbar machen: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/common/windows/3580#block3 Es gehen keine Daten verloren, der Ordner wird bei Bedarf (wenn der sichere Browser wieder läuft) neu erstellt. Starte danach den Rechner am besten neu und versuche es nochmal.

Hi Scyllo, zunächst mal ein "Willkommen zurück". Hab' mir gerade mal einen älteren Rechner geschnappt (mit W7 HP) und KIS aufgespielt. Ich kann Deine Beobachtung nicht nachvollziehen, bei mir ist die Win-Firewall deaktiviert. Ich habe die Vermutung, dass mit Deiner Installation etwas nicht stimmt. Gab es vom KIS-Installer irgendwelche Hinweise während der Installation? Ich empfehle eine De-/Reinstallation (bei der Deinstallation nur die Aktivierungsdaten behalten, nichts anderes). Zu Deiner Frage bezüglich der Firewalleinstellungen: KIS unterscheidet hier nach der angefragten IP-Adresse, unabhängig vom Netzwerk. Erkennt KIS eine Verbindung in's WWW (Dein Netz läuft sicher unter 192.168.X.X, einer privaten Range), ist das automatisch ein Zugriff auf ein "öffentliches Netzwerk". Um die Verbindung zum Internet für ein Programm zu blockieren genügt es, hier auf das rote "X" zu schalten. Auf das interne Netzwerk (falls vorhanden) hat das Programm weiterhin Zugriff, je nachdem wie Du es eingestuft hast. Dass sich Dein Rechner per lokalem oder vertrauenswürdigem Netz mit dem Internet verbindet, spielt hier keine Rolle. Falls das jetzt zu technisch war: für den Zugriff auf's Internet musst Du nur "Subnetzadressen - Öffentliches Netzwerk" blockieren. Wenn Du weitere Fragen hast, frag.

Kommt darauf an, welche Version Dein IE ist. Es wäre jedenfalls vorteilhaft, wenn er läuft. Dann könnte auch das KL-Problem erledigt sein. Nachtrag: falls Du den IE nicht zum Laufen bekommst, habe ich noch eine andere Idee. Der IE ist für Windows allerdings sehr wichtig, auch wenn Du ihn nicht benutzt. Diese Lösung hat absoluten Vorrang.

Sieht gut aus... Eine Idee hätte ich noch: das von KL verwendete .NET greift teilweise auf Routinen des MS Internetexplorers zurück. Hast Du diesen irgendwie eingeschränkt wie z. B. "Offline" arbeiten, Scripte generell verbieten, Cookies verbieten,... Ich weiss nicht genau, was der Installer davon benutzt, aber einen anderen Vorschlag habe ich gerade leider nicht.

Hi Faustocg, welcome to the new forum. Scans and other functions are controlled by 'AVP.COM'. It is located in the Kaspersky applications directory (do not confuse it with 'AVP.EXE'!). With 'AVP.COM Help' you can get a list of the parameters or you can check them with e.g. 'AVP.COM Help Scan'.
