Hi gearond Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. As well as above post. It depends on how many devices you bought license to send to work correctly. If you only bought one license for one device, you need to buy new license to add new device, but if you bought for three devices send should work unless you have exceeded adding new. Please take a look here for correct instructions. https://help.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/en-US/173437.htm You need to find this image in My Kaspersky portal then send Licence to "device" you select, the device must be connected to My Kaspersky.com. Maybe try adding Aol URL in Kaspersky "advanced settings" of "web anti-virus" in "configure trusted urls" To do this, go to settings, web anti-virus, advanced settings, configure trusted urls, "add" Thank you. Hi FLOOD , yeah not sure why it is not showing for him, in My Kaspersky Portal. Normally shows automatically, maybe he never entered licence Key in Kaspersky Portal. Flood did you enter the Licence Key in Portal? I am just suggesting to reinstall Kaspersky Safe Kids from the Kaspersky Portal. Always works for us, nevertheless until some one else has a better idea.

HI FLOOD it should be the same principle, you need to connect to My Kaspersky Account. Just open how to "connect" And follow the instructions, If you have not yet installed the Kaspersky Lab application to your My Kaspersky Account. Sign in to My Kaspersky from the device you want to connect. Go to the Home section. Go to the Devices sub section. Click the Protect new device button. Select the operating system of your device. Select a Kaspersky Lab application to protect your device. Download the application using the link near its name. Install and start the application on the device. In the application's Getting Started Wizard, enter your My Kaspersky account credentials, if requested. The device is connected to your account, and the device panel appears in the Devices sub section on the website.

Hi yyhhjj2004, and welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Can you show us what Kaspersky version you have installed. Right click Kaspersky "icon" in the toolbar then left click about. In the pop up you will see the Kaspersky version installed. Thank you.
