Hi @dnewhous As well as above posts. Try this Link http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56001-56500/sp56168.exe See if you can reinstall over top of existing driver to UPDATE. Also was the MALWARE already in you desktop before you installed Kaspersky? As you state in your original post that you installed “cheap antivirus” This could be FATAL for your device if yes. Any case try that Link to re-install PS2 Drivers. Thank you.

KarDip replied to releone's topic in Kaspersky Internet Security
Hi @releone anGuys, as well as above posts. You can still get Microsoft Windows10 for free by doing this download. Create Windows 10 installation media https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10?ranMID=24542&ranEAID=0JlRymcP1YU&ranSiteID=0JlRymcP1YU-SHyAG2mhXw1T5PaAtU.BvA&epi=0JlRymcP1YU-SHyAG2mhXw1T5PaAtU.BvA&irgwc=1&OCID=AID2000142_aff_7593_1243925&tduid=(ir__nff9ofrg3gkftki6kk0sohzize2xlamfk1okfq3q00)(7593)(1243925)(0JlRymcP1YU-SHyAG2mhXw1T5PaAtU.BvA)()&irclickid=_n Okay you can still re-instsall windows 7 ISO Filefrom here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 Make sure you have your original Windows 7 key Code then download it to a 4GB Flash Drive and store it for later date, if Windows 7 ISO file crashes on you, you can just reboot re-install. Hi all, as well as above posts. This information in below URL is for active Kaspersky users wondering how to figure this above post out about “incompatible software” when trying to enable Virtualization in Computers. https://support.kaspersky.com/us/common/safemoney/13713#block1 Also, for Kaspersky users who do not mind doing a bit of ground work to get Kaspersky 2020 Virtualization Software in machines to work correctly. If you are still having issues please contact support. https://my.kaspersky.com/ Thank you.

Hi @Deedeesween, Welcome. As well @Berny post. You don’t say what Kaspersky Security you are using? How many employees do you want to track? Do you want to track just on mobile devices? Are you using the correct Kaspersky Security for your business? A little more information would be great as we are not mind readers. Thank you.
