  1. Hi @dnewhous As well as above posts. Try this Link http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56001-56500/sp56168.exe See if you can reinstall over top of existing driver to UPDATE. Also was the MALWARE already in you desktop before you installed Kaspersky? As you state in your original post that you installed “cheap antivirus” This could be FATAL for your device if yes. Any case try that Link to re-install PS2 Drivers. Thank you.

  19. Hi @Deedeesween Please contact Kaspersky support. https://usa.kaspersky.com/about/contact Thank you.
  20. Hi @Deedeesween, Welcome. As well @Berny post. You don’t say what Kaspersky Security you are using? How many employees do you want to track? Do you want to track just on mobile devices? Are you using the correct Kaspersky Security for your business? A little more information would be great as we are not mind readers. Thank you.
  21. Oh @Andy okay, said 9 days in the menu must been a browser malfunction, so sorry about that.
  22. Hi @Era if your Kaspersky Licence is still “active” meaning has not “expired” you will be okay to just reinstall Kaspersky and then just re-activate your existing Licence Key.
