  9. Hi. Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Have you tied going to open "scan" then "selective scan" then apply +add In search you can add "C:/" then you can do full scan on "C:/" drive Or you can just select particular folder or apps to scan, it is your choice.

  19. Hi, Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Microsoft has replaced the Snipping Tool with the new "snip&sketch. Try going to Settings, Apps, Snip & Sketch, then right click ''reset" Also Microsoft give you the choice to change when you open the "old snipping Tool"
