Hi, welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Lets disconnect outlook plugin, to see if it is Kaspersky causing the issue. Open Kaspersky, setting, protection, mail anti virus settings, advanced settings, disconnect Microsoft Outlook look plug-in. Now close Kaspersky App. Any different? -

Hi, as well as above posts by Berny and Caos. You can go to Security settings open "virus & threat protection" to make sure if Kaspersky "protection" is ON. Then at bottom of "security settings" list make sure Windows Defender is turned OFF, -

Hi. Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Have you tied going to open "scan" then "selective scan" then apply +add In search you can add "C:/" then you can do full scan on "C:/" drive Or you can just select particular folder or apps to scan, it is your choice. -

Hi, Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Microsoft has replaced the Snipping Tool with the new "snip&sketch. Try going to Settings, Apps, Snip & Sketch, then right click ''reset" Also Microsoft give you the choice to change when you open the "old snipping Tool" -

Right click on Steam or Origin Client>>properties>>compatibility. Here you can run the "compatibility troubleshooter" You can try different mode for program.
