Netflix app is not shown in application that my child used on her laptop even entire allowed time for computer usage she watched Netflix (she has pp installed and not in browser). In exchange it appeas apps that she did not used in foreground (skype, microsoft teams, MS onedrive)

Note, Netflix is working, they’ve implemented a block on screenprints etc.

• The standard recommendation is to log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, (image 4), they require a GSI & Windows Logs & Traces, a detailed history & images, however, (ioo), they’ll be able to replicate the issue on their own systems & proactively investigate - maybe🤔
• Regarding “apps she did not use in foreground (skype, microsoft teams, MS onedrive)”, that’s also correct, however, Kaspersky Safe Kids developers say this is “by design”, not a bug, (ioo) it’s certainly confusing from a parents’ perspective🤔
