October 1, 20241 yr Author Here is the screen of the notification I received, because It was not possible to enable de Accesibility of my kids phone, I uninstall Safekids, and when I tried to install again it did not appear as available in the Google Play Store, so I downloaded it from the Kaspersky page as an APK file, install it again and then when I reach the final step to enable accessibility, the option does not allow it for the Kaspersky app.

The following are *critical* and *must* be set as shown: KSK - App permissions -> Remove permissions if app isn't used -> Greyed out - unable to be toggled ON/OFF. KSK - App info -> Change System settings - Not allowed. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, App monitoring, Application: Settings - Forbidden. In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, App monitoring, Application categories: Unknown - Forbidden. Any issues or concerns please post back?
