Kaspersky Password Manager

Hello. Today i've upgraded Mozilla Firefox Quantum from v67.0.2(64-bit) to v67.0.3(64-bit). Also, i have installed Kaspersky Password Manager Add-on for Firefox v4.1.15, updated may 14, 2019. But, i think that the latest version of Firefox and the Add-on are incompatible. On some websites the "key" icon is GREY, while on other sites the "key" icon is just missing. This never happened with Firefox v67.0.1 and 67.0.2, i never had any problems on those sites. I posted 2 photos to see the issue. Any help? Thank you. //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Hello, Would it be possible to add Kaspersky Passoword manager free/enterprise to our terminal server so that when users log in (they can save their passwords). We want each individual user to have access to their own kaspersky passwords when they log in to the server. How would we go about this, i tried to find it in the documentation but no help.

What is primary feature difference between free and paid users? What is the type of encryption used to secure the user data? Can the user data and activities be leaked or handed to intelligence agencies on their will or it will require any subpoena or it is not accessible to anyone(no log policy)? Is there provision to store the user data in local file for non premium users for backup? Is my credit card, email, phone number under monitoring and generate logs for same? There is a mention of data sharing with third party, is there any non disclosure signed to stop them from misusing our private info? I bought Kaspersky Total Security for Windows 3 months ago. My problem is with the Kaspersky Password Manager, I was organizing my passwords today, and, suddenly, I wasn't able to add more passwords. I searched for solutions here and in the 'help' section. But I can't find anything. I read that, as long as I have an active premium license, I'm going to be able to add unlimited passwords to Kaspersky Password Manager. I don't know what to do to solve this issue. PS: I already checked and my license is active and everything, except Kaspersky Password Manager, is working correctly.

Hello, its not possible to import my passwords from 1Password (v4.6) to password manager :( All the exportfile formats (CSV, txt, 1PIF) are not ok for KPM Can anyone tell me, a workaround?

Hi I'm trying to change my password so I put in my email address and then the password then it asks for my security question and I answer it correctly and it is saying that my answer is wrong. I have subscription for 2 devices for KPM, Windows version is ~ok, BUT, when I install it on Mac I GET ONLY THE FREE VERSION, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 2 LICENSES!!! Hi everyone, I have been trying to add an application into the password manager. When I click on add application, then click browse, it loads the page, then freezes every time. I have tried restarting my computer a few times, but it still freezes and I have to close it with task manager because nothing else will work. I am running Kaspersky total security on Windows 10, version 1809 on a PC with a 64 bit operating system. Could the 64 bit operating system be the problem? I have noticed that the Kaspersky, including the password manager is 32 bit, and couldn't seem to find a 64 bit version. Thanks, Justine.

I personally would like to see a PC or "device" category/template to capture PW logins for different PC's and devices. For PC's it would be great to capture specs via fields, on that PC - but not a deal breaker there. I'm an IT pro - saw a competitors product that has fields for ip etc, but they didn't have folders which, with 140+ passwords to manage, is why I finally moved from BlackBerry PW Keeper. How about the ability to create custom templates ?
