Hello @hero

Welcome!

  1. Yes, (you) may loose access to the VIRTUAL vault in MyKaspersky until the PHYSICAL vault is synchronised with the new email address! That's why (1) BEFORE - stating any of the work, BACKUP KPM VAULT to your computer, (2) make sure the BACKUP, import vault is WORKING - test it
  2. EXPORTING Passwords is NOT enough, (you) need to Create a backup copy. Also remember the *Export data* feature is in the form of an *UNPROTECTED text file* -> (you) need to keep that file secure at all times. 2FA should not be impacted bc 2FA initial configuration is based on (your) phone-number, not email-address, Passkeys should not be impacted bc Passkeys are based on bio-metric data generated on the physical-local-device, not email-address, Authenticator should not be impacted bc Authenticator are based on QR codes & Authenticator apps,  not email-address.
  3. IF (you're) unsure abt any part of the work being considered - reach out to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, fill in template as shown -noting - even tho (you) don't necessarily have issues with pwd export/import - it's the closest Request *type* out a the generic templates available; please include a *detailed history*:
