Hi, from last update in Android, i have some notifications about VPN, but i wanna block all of them, i haven’t found the way, now is directly in Internet security, on the past i remember that was an app extra that i can uninstall, i know i can block notifications of Internet security, but i don’t wanna do that, thanks

Hi, I still don’t have Kaspersky & I have a question: Does Kaspersky prompts me if an application or file wants to access internet & askes me to allow it or not (& create the rule for it)? In other antiviruses this is called interactive mode or alert mode. This is important for me to know if I want to install Kaspersky. Thanks

Hello A few days ago Kaspersky gave me a few warnings while I was looking up information for a powerpoint presentation. At first this surprised me a little, because I was visting a website about medieval history. The second time I visited the page I recieved no warning, but when I continued reading the article, the warnings came back. So now I’m a little worried something might have infected my laptop. The warning that worries me the most, is the one that says ‘not processed’ does this mean that was Kaspersky was unable to block the attack? A full system scan came up clean. When trying to install the latest version (Feb./2022) of Kaspersky Internet Security, right after downloading, I get the message that the installation failed, as shown below. The install failed. (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. An error occurred while running the scripts in the “kismac.pkg” package.) I am using macOS Monterey 12.3 system. The computer's processor is Intel. Would anyone help me with an alternative to install KIS?

Hi Guys, I use burpsuite to intercept my packets, when ever I turn on my burpsuite’s proxy and try to intercept the packets I get an error message from my kaspersky antivirus (image attached below). If I turn off my burpsuite’s proxy to default system proxy setting I’m able to browse the internet. Is there any solution other than disabling my antivirus while I’m intercepting? When trying to change security parameters like allowing banners, the system requires me to sign in. AND it also requests a Captcha code but it does not show one. So when I enter my password, it repeatedly tells me the Captcha code does not match but the screen does not show one nor does it provide a place to enter one.

A friend has asked me to take a look at his Windows 10 PC which appears to be infected by all sorts of nasties. When I try installing the latest version of KIS, I get to the screen where it offers to “Take a tour through the application features”, etc but nothing happens afterwards. If I try starting the app via Start menu, I get the “Problem with Shortcut” error, saying that the “avpui.exe” file has been moved or deleted. Since the update to the latest version, KIS on my Android phone keeps crashing. The app keeps restarting in the background which drains an enormous amount of battery charge. Thoughts?

I use a Virtual Table Top (VTT) to play board games and roleplaying games virtually called Fantasy Grounds Unity. I haven’t had any problems previously but now it has been preventing any sharing of data making it unusable. I was able to make an exception of the file and that seemed to stop the attack warnings but it didn’t allow any data through. I’m not very computer literate, but I can follow instructions. I’m not sure what to do and am hoping someone can walk me through a solution.

For some reason for the last couple of months when I apply App Lock on a few of my Android mobile apps the thumb print security that shows is actually behind the number keypad. When I try using my thumbprint to open the app all I get is a zero. Any way of changing the layers so the thumbprint is on top of the keypad? Phone is a Samsung Note 10+ with all the latest Verizon updates.

for some time, the payment processing in different platforms with paypal. The only remedy is to disable "Internet Security". Whether the protection makes sense is questionable. I still have 65 days to decide again or otherwise.

After installing, the internet speed is clearly squeezed, normally my download speed is 100 Mbps, after installed kaspersky the download speed is limited to 20-25 Mbps, that is only 3 MB / s. It's funny that I download any file under 100mb, the speed is 10-11MB/s, and when I download files larger than 100MB, it automatically squeezes down to 3MB/s, including Steam or IDM, some co-op games just stfu and can't connect to the host. So is there any fix for this ******** software ? How to disable this idiot internet download limiter to make my internet speed work like what i pay it for ????

I keep getting notifications of applications, namely Viber,(Low restrictred) is attempting to establish outgoing TCP connection with remote computer 52.0.252.2 using remote port 443 Since i use viber, i click allow but notifications doesn’t go away. As you can see from the screen shot below I am being instructed to press a VALIDATION BUTTON which is clearly missing! Also I am not offered the option to buy the product without agreeing to auto-renew which is why the validation button is needed by paypal. Every year the renewal process becomes needlessly more difficult. In 29 days my subscription runs out. In 28 days I will buy another anti virus product if you have not fixed this problem.

It’s a floating Kaspersky shield that persists on all screens of my Android phone. It doesn’t do anything if I click it and if I drag it...it just snaps to a different edge. I can’t get rid of it. Thanks for your help.
