@Berny yeah i tried that too. i also tried uninstalling/ re-installing the audio driver, updating it, but still no luck. originally the volume tab says no output device is enabled. then it changed to no speakers or headphones are plugged in
@Berny yeah i already checked it earlier and originally it says “windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing. (code 39)” after i uninstall Kaspersky it says it’s working properly. but the volume tab still says “ no speaker or headphones are plugged in”
after i installed kaspersky it scanned “trojan.win32.hosts2.gen” so i removed it after that i rebooted. after i reboot my pc it says something about scan and after that, i reboot my pc again. and now there’s no audio
