lost days

Why when entering a new subscription code do you lose the remaining days on the old code? I've just lost 14 days that I have paid for just because I renewed....

Under normal conditions a renewal comes on top of the current code.
When did you add your code to My Kaspersky → Manage subscription ?
Did you lose 14 days in your Kaspersky application(s) ?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

 

I added a 2 year subscription code today (I had 14 days left on the old one) and now it says it expires 11/12/23 which is 2 years from today, so I've lost the 14 days that were left....

When purchasing your product did you choose for Auto-Renewal ?
