Hi , I have a problem , after the k- build of KIS 2020 google maps stops working .Is unable to load the maps or the page and the only thing that seems to work is to close KIS .I am running Windows 10 and google chrome .

Win 10pro/64-1909; after installing NIS, I added to the firewall some apps new rules and everything was ok, the firewall allowing to make changes without any special user confirmation; I also added new trustworthy subgroups and related apps to be ruled, this operation also led without any problem. From yesterday I found that something has changed, when I try to apply a new rule to an app a pop up ask me for “user confirmation……….”; also, and this is really strange and worrying, the insertion of a new app is not allowed (NIS firewall opens the window to make the app (.exe) choice, but then nothing is added to the subgroup). After my KIS20 updated to patch (j) I can’t access some sites. The websites keeps trying to load ‘me.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com’ and in general my browser is slow. Hello, I wanted to report some button problems in KIS 2021 to inform you for fixes. Let me say first: i uninstalled KIS 2021 and reinstalled KIS2021 to overcome problems to understand if they occured during installation,or to understand if they they were because of some reasons related with my pc. But button “not visible” problems continued after reinstallation.. I attached the pictures which shows where the problems are.. Hi, i got an update for KIS 2020 yesterday. From version (d) to (e). I remember that i got a popup from KIS in the 2019 version to restart my computer after an update. I didnt get any for the update i mentioned above but the size was more than 10 MB (so i figured it had to be an version update, not just database update). After restarting it showed version (e). When i tried to start Firefox i got an Password-Manager Popup from Kaspersky (like they do occasionally every week or smth). But Firefox didnt really start. Just a note, KIS will not load and cannot be installed on MacOS 11.0 Big Sur. I recently became a beta tester and the current beta will not allow KIS to load, nor can you reinstall it. It will not even allow the installer to launch.

When is KTS 2020 coming out? I thought it would have been here by now.

This has only just started happening with a couple of websites I regularly visit and would like to know whether this is a security or privacy feature of Kaspersky causing this? Hello, I am trying to login to Microsoft O365. I first get a blocked screen saying that the Microsoft site is dangerous. Then when I click to continue anyways, I get an error. I'm using mac OS Monterey version 12.4 on a new apple M1 MacBook Pro. I am also using Kaspersky Internet Security for the Mac version 21.1.0.150d.e. Upon attempting to update the software, I was notified that it is the latest version. I've noticed that there are no options to setup exclusions on the Mac version of your software. I am trying to develop applications using react.js. However when I run gulp serve command, the web browser opens and I get an error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. After spending several days trying different solutions, uninstalling and reinstalling,etc, I found that if I right click on KIS and choose exit and then if I run gulp serve, my application works without any issues. I am able to reproduce this again and again. As soon as I enable KIS and run gulp serve, the application fails. If I exit KIS completely and run gulp serve, my application works. Hello, I had been experiencing stuttering audio issue since I had upgrade my internet connection to a 100 Mbps Fiber Connection a few weeks ago. I was using a wireless 4G Mobile Network through a 4G router before which only had a download and upload speed of 23+ Mbps. I found out that it was Kaspersky Internet Security causing the stuttering issue when there is a high internet usage after searching a lot on google. At first I thought it was the Ethernet LAN driver so I had tried upgrading and downgrading the driver version but none of them helped. A moderator deleted my previous post so I am reposting as this is a problem on 3 of our computers since the recent updates. The URL advisors are not working so missing from browser search results. Tried on different computers Win10 and Win7, Firefox & IE11. I have followed the moderator link and checked our settings and they are set up correctly and anyway, we have not touched them and no-one else has access to our computers.

hi all, Anyone can help me please, looks like Kasp Firewall keeps blocking my spotify app in Windows 10. I can get around it by pause Kasp protection, however every time protection resume, spotify stop working, it is so annoying. I tried to adjust setting in Kasp. but I am stuck. Thanks in advance.

Hello, After having installed KIS2021, I now can’t sign out of Youtube when using Firefox. Edge Chromium and Chrome appear to have no issues. Also, I can’t add a video to a playlist using the plus sign under video window: nothing happens when clicking the “plus sign”.
