Could you check the ‘Network’ tab in web browser develop tools ? Does this place happen a redirect url (302) request or others http transform behavior?  How about disabling anti-banner  function of KIS?

http error code is 499, If I guess correctly, this error message comes from the Nginx service. This error definite is ‘ client has closed connection ’. Try to disable firewall and check this behavior again and Please check whether there are plug-ins for anti-banner or content filtering in the browser.

If it is not work, Please don't scan encrypted traffic network and uncheck ‘inject script into the network tranffic’ opinion. Let me know the result.

Please check KIS anti-banner report to see whether the blocked record is existed or not. In general, KIS anti-banner function will block the web element and reply a 1*1 blank element.

I can not reproduce this issue from my side using KIS without enabling Parent Control. Could you check this issue via disabling KTS proctection model one by one. Let me know which model could lead this situtaion? Thanks.

Sorry, @FLOOD I make a mistake about error code ‘499‘ in my previous post , This error code means ‘ Request has been forbidden by antivirus ’ defined by Firefox. It is now necessary to investigate the specific component that caused this problem. I usually think of it as an anti-banner component. Could you update database of KTS until now？What‘s the situation now?

Let me guess your reproduce step:

• Use google to search ip address
• Google reply the result and you onchick the link
• Goole redirect the url to https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=2ahUKEwiT4OKNxN_oAhW-g3IEHTaNDpoQFjAAegQIARAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fipinfo.io%2FAS47510%2F217.8.117.0%2F24&usg=AOvVaw1-uqWUIah_9RN4yKam4gjn Please see the url address in your browser, this is first redirection
• And then redirect again to https://ipinfo.io/AS47510/217.8.117.0/24 ,this is the second redirect situtaion.
• website blocked. right?

Now I know this issue reproduce step. this problem happen on the first redirection on Google. This issue is related to Private Browsing.

Disable private browsing in this website, which will solve the problem @FLOOD

Reproduce notice:

1. Direct open https://ipinfo.io/AS47510/217.8.117.0/24 could not reproduce this issue if you don’t use google redirection.
2. If this issue happen, use F5 or Ctrl+F5 reflash the url https://ipinfo.io/AS47510/217.8.117.0/24 ,which still does’t work.

BTW, why the error code ‘499’ has two definiton...Interesting.
