Hello @Ichi Ryuu

Thank you for the information👌

Please do the following:

1. Create a System restore point
2. Open KIS, Settings, select Export Settings, select Restore Settings
3. Change system to Safe Mode
4. Clear the contents of:

  • a) C:\Users\USER\Downloads\
  • b) C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp
  • c) C:\Windows\Temp

5. Return system to normal mode
6. Make sure KIS is started
7. Run a manual KIS database update
8. Recheck “protection is at risk etc” issue, if it persists please post a GSI & Windows logs

Please let us know the outcome?

Thank you🙏
