Hi all. I don't know why, but recently Adobe Acrobat Reader (probably, according to the file and link) has been trying to download 2 demo PDFs from its website through the links below. Since I have Internet Download Manager, the links always toggle the IDM, then it pops out the download task window. This happens almost once every day, so quite annoying. Is there a way to block those links for all the programs with Kaspersky's firewall or Intrusion prevention, so that Acrobat will not try to download those files and IDM will not jump out to help with that? I tried to use the Packet rules of the firewall but it was not quite intuitive. P.S. I thought Acrobat was …

For example, when I used ESET, any file that wasn't recognized or was new was automatically uploaded to them in the background. I enabled the notification in the settings to see this. Does Kaspersky KSN upload files? What happens if an unknown file is run but not detected by any module, including the behavior blocker?

So, i decided to download Kaspersky after seeing it was a recommendation by many people. so, i installed it and right now its Standard Trial. but i noticed i started to get high amounts of ping spikes (especially on Roblox) and it's not hardware or connection related from what i checked. does anyone else have this issue or know a potential fix? or do you suspect a different thing? (if it helps, think Kaspersky all options are on)

Since installing Kaspersky Plus I cannot access my printer. Tech Support, after 3-days effort suggested either exiting Kaspersky Plus before printing or pausing protection; pausing did not work, exiting, of course did -- when Kaspersky Plus is not there it cannot get in the way. Their first guess was to modify some of the Firewall setting from Block to Allow; that did not work either. On my pwn I tried shutting the VPN and then I could print. I told them exiting or shutting down VPN were both terrible solutions. hello i use kaspersky premium on mac and enable feature webcam protection and enable kaspersky notification on mac setting webcam protection feature is very very good but every open my other app notification webcam protection show too excessively such as - App store, - Preview, - Browser, - VLC player And so on. I agree that a notification will be displayed when a virus or malware is detected. But for webcam protection, notifications are too frequent. Hi all, recently purchased Kaspersky Standard. i have a @ yahoo.com email address , and when i try to go to yahoomail.com it shows me the image attached. I trust yahoomail.com's certificate , and this error popup is annoying me a lot... What would I need to do to whitelist / "trust" this site's certificate? It says I no longer have a valid subscription (I do for the old KTS actually but not for Kaspersky Plus I guess) and it wants me to type in an activation code Do we no longer receive 30 days of free trial? If I make my Kaspersky Plus app - while in audit mode - part of my reference image and then run sysprep, will it: - break the activation of KP thru the valid license key? - reset the master config of KP that I set up including: password for EXIT, CHANGE SETTINGS, UNINSTALL, file- or app-specific exclusions, anything else that can be set up in the app's user interface?
