Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

I can’t send emails from my pc. I get a VM401 error. Nothing had changed on my out going server. I can send from iPad and phone just not my pc. A few weeks ago I enabled vpn for about 36 hours, this stoped me sending emails. I thought I’ve learned won’t enable that again. Which I haven’t. Wendy to send an email Wednesday and I got this VM401 encrypt message. I just don’t know what to do. I lot my husband November and he would usually sort things like thise, but I don’t know what to do. I’ve good.e and tried things but nothing works. Can someone please advise.

Hello. When building any C++ project with pre/post build event actions, MSBuild is creating temporary cmd files to run these actions. These cmd files have random name every build and are located at: %localappdata%\Temp\MSBuildTemp One of my projects have pre-build event which does some stuff to prepare for the build. Every time I build my solution and this specific project, MSBuild creates new cmd file and Kaspersky asks my permission to grant this cmd a low-level disk access. Hi, I need help with this issue please. We have 2 computers both running Kaspersky Plus 21.17.7.539, but on my computer it get this: ff.Kis.V2.ser.kaspersky-labs.com when I am trying to access my websites and this is slowing my computer down. I have had to take the program off and then re-install it, this also happened on a few of the earlier versions of Kaspersky. My browser is Mozill Firefox, and I am currently running Windows 10 Pro on both computers. Can anyone please explain why this is only happening on my computer and not my husbands? Hello. I bought Kaspersky Plus for 3 computers. Now is the third one on the route to get it's protection. After installation and computer restart on the load it asks me to log on to my e-mail with passwrod and after that it asks for verification code, which can be found from the picture it gives. But every time I type it down it always says that it's incorrect. Of course, sometimes they aren't recognazable ones, I do agree, that I may typed it wrong. But sometimes they are very visible, but even then it says that it's incorrect. How's that possible? This is so wrong! I cannot even overpass it to activate protection. Any help?

Just as the title says have tried different browsers. It takes almost 3 full mintues berore the email and passwork boxes will allow any input and after inputting it thinks and thinks for a few more minutes and I get a "could not sign in please try again later" I have now for three days and nothing has changed? History deleted and multiple browsers tried and Ideas? Thanks!

I'm currently in the US and will be affected by the ban on Kaspersky. I purchased a subscription several weeks back (I have 340 days left). Will I still be able to use Kaspersky through the remainder of that time period, even without the mykaspersky connection?

Hello With the 21.17 final, when I activate the VPN Hotspot Shiel (in Edge chromium) the web pages do not open (site inaccessible error message, etc...) If I close K Standard completely, it's good This new version blocks VPN extensions ? Thanks

Hi, I'm not sure wether this is the right forum or the right english term for it, but I have a problem with that little window that opens whenever I try to enter something into a searchbar. As seen in the screenshot, it completely blocks a large part underneath the searchbar for no apparent reason. A lot of the time it blocks auto completion or other stuff for several seconds, making the work process slower. I think I don't have to be reminded that the secure keyboard input is active everytime I want to enter something. Is there a means to have that box toggled off?

Hello, I am a web developer and I usually work with self signed certificates. Everytime I visit a web page, Kaspersky warns me if I should proceed. How do I whitelist a website and how do I disable this particular warning? Thanks in advance

how can i generate a 20 digit activation code (for stand alone/offline installation ) from the 32 digit license key (given in mykaspersky portal ) ?

I upgraded to this version downloaded the install file and uninstalled my current standard version but on installing the Plus version the installation stops with warning that install files are corrupt please download files again, I tried this 4 times without success so had to reinstall the standard version with no problems. Please I need help with this installation as my subscription for standard version expires in 6 days time....thank you in advance

For years of using Kaspersky with win 10 and Firefox default I had no problems until March 2024.There were mozilla updates and I think Kaspersky too the result being 20-30 seconds wait to open a safe money web site. I did post the problem here and received a few replies but couldn`t thank anyone as my laptop crashed, dreaded blue screen, and had to have a new hard drive and reload of my win 10 by a local repairer costing much money. Some data was saved and after much debating I reloaded Firefox and Kaspersky. All was fine, safe money worked great,load time of around 8-10 seconds, UNTIL june 11th last week. Is there an offline installer for Kaspersky Plus? I have downloaded the 4 MB application from My Kaspersky, and presumably its going to connect to the internet to download the acutal flies. I need to install AV on my new computer and don't want to connect to the internet without AV.

Could anyone clarify how long it takes for a license key purchased online and received via email to be applied on a computer? Specifically, can it be applied immediately upon receipt of the email, or does it take some time to be ready?

When using my computer, at apparently random times, the icon disappears from the taskbar, and the PC tells me Windows will be taking over. Sometimes the avpui.exe process is still running, sometimes it's gone. But it seems pretty much that the system runs unprotected from that time on. Only thing that helps is reboot the PC, after which the icon reappears. Since it seems random, i can't reproduce it happening, but would love to have a solution. Oh, the usual suspects are already eliminated, like bad sectors, corrupt windows files, that sort of thing... eternal + 2 days of gratitude for the winning solution!

Kaspersky since 2 days does not let me upload or download images on whatsapp desktop and does not let me use Postman Desktop or Slack Desktop, it shows me network error. In order to use them, I have to disable all protection.
