Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

I'm running the latest Window 11 x64 and the latest version of KSP free and standard. On startup an invisible "reports" window opens, it's icon is visible on the taskbar, ALT+TAB and task manager. I can't see it nor close it, it just stays there. The only way to remove it is to open a reports window and close it but it will return on restart. Any idea how to fix it?

Have Kaspersky for about a week and it finds devices on my wifi that my netgear nighthawk does not agree is there. I suspect kasperky is wrong because once I added all our devices I blocked any new, and locked my nightgear admin. The password is unbreakable on the netgear and I just reset it and did it all again...sure enough Kaspersky is claiming devices are on my wifi that netgear does not see. I also have to keep reminding kaspersky of the names of devices it seems to forget.

As I can see, the new plans (Standard, plus, premium) aren't available for most of the eastern europe countries, when will they be available there? I want to switch from other antivirus to kaspersky, but I'm waiting until the new versions come out to Poland, which hasn't happened yet of course.

Hello, Before I did a whole reset of my modem and my computer, I had my Mac and iPhone both connected to the modem. At that time, the smart home monitor was finding only the device it was searching from and the modem. For example, using my computer, it was finding only my computer and the modem. After I did a reset for both the modem and the computer, it is not finding anything even though I refreshed it and it acknowledges my network. I would like to know if there is any configuration to prevent APP Lock from requesting the password or fingerprint every time an application is opened, so that it is required only once when unlocking the phone or after a certain period of time (for example, every 5 minutes). Hello, I already own a Kaspersky Premium subscription, but my current membership covers only one device. I recently manually updated from KIS 21.3 to Kaspersky Premium 21.16 with an overwrite installation. I saw from some fan forums saying it's recommended to first uninstall and then install rather than overwrite as the latter leaves registry residuals and services. So I checked in my registry, and I found the registry residuals are mainly in the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\FirstBoot\Services, for example in the screenshot. Given this key, just out of some sort of minor neat freak, is it safe to delete the values for the 21.3 version? I have observed this happening with Gmail with Firefox. (Don't know about other sites yet). I see the browser getting stuck at this portion with this site being called. Gmail does not open at all. How can I stop kaspersky labs being called every time I open Gmail or some other trusted website?

This makes it questionable protection, leaving one’s device vulnerable. I often find that my device was unprotected, possibly the whole night! I’ve observed this on various iOS devices (iPhones SE, 12, 13 mini) in our household, all of which are always fully up-to-date. We don’t have other security solutions installed. What a competitor product did with their mobile protection for iOS was to add a toggle in the VPN settings for the protection to re-enable itself on demand. That way it turns itself on when it’s shut down for some reason, possibly by a system process? I don’t know whether iOS behaves like Android in some regards.

I keep getting a notification that a link is being blocked on iOS. The notification comes up 3x in the matter of 10 minutes for the same link as well as happening multiple times a day. It has been doing this for the last 3 days in a row. It does not tell me or show me where to find it. I don’t know if its in a browser page on my or in an email or wherever. Any ideas what I can do to figure out where to find this link so I can remove it?

This is the 3rd time that Windows 11 is giving me a warning that Kaspersky Plus is out of date. When I open Kaspersky Plus I see: Databases are out of date - 1 Warning I guess the warning is the out of date databases. But why is this, why do I need to manually update? Normally it works fine ... but as said, this is now the 3rd time. I previous had Internet Security and found it a way better product than Plus, never had this issue. Only now with Plus. Pressing the Update button solves the problem .. but why doesn't it do in automagically? Or better, normally it always does it automagically, but sometimes NOT. What is wrong?

Hello, I noticed that after the install of Kaspersky Plus on my Mac, the login time increased from 2-3 seconds to 10-14 seconds. I read on this forum that there was a problem with previous versions and decided to uninstall the app via the official uninstaller inside the application, as I hoped it would solve the problem. But the login is still slow, I cleared all the leftovers from the folders.

I see a long list of connected devices. Several are named "unknown device". Screenshot attached. There is no option in Kaspersky to delete or disconnect the devices that I don't recognize, unless I am missing something. What to do? TIA

Good day When I had security concerns with my MacBook Pro the other day, I looked around the system a bit and came across something that seemed strange to me. I didn't find any information about it on the internet, so I would like to ask this question here. Is this Delayed_starts.sh from Kaspersky or has someone tampered with my Mac? Since it says object from an unknown programmer. When I press on the info on the by an unknown programmer appears a file from Kaspersky. Which I think is strange because the other Kaspersky applications are listed here. What is this and should I delete this file or is this needed? Thanks for the assistance
