Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

Hello, I've been with you for over 10 years, I have 2 10er accounts for plus and a free account (17 PC and Android) and now all devices can be found in the first account, including the first free account. There is no unlimited VPN with them 7 devices possible even though they are also in the 2nd account, after I deleted the excess devices from the first account they were also gone from the 2nd account, a new installation with the serial number of the second account only produces the message I should do it in the account management Set it there you are again without unlimited vpn in the first account, I have done this several times, please help. My Kaspersky Premium seems to stuck on removing some malware from my PC. It found 80 issues and I clicked to fix them. I did it few hours ago and the program is still "working". It looks like it stuck. I already restarted the system and nothing changed. Also, the program shows constantly: "Removing these objects requires your decision". It did ask me to make some decisions, which were limited to ignoring some of the issues it found. I did so hoping that maybe I will be able to remove it later by myself.

I've tried over and over a bunch of different ways and this site won't let me cancel my subscription! Someone please help me. Crazy that you don't have anyways of getting a hold of anyone to help on this entire website. This is feeling more and more like fraud. Even when I upload proof it turns the pic upside down. It doesn't even show how much I'm going to get charged for the renewal.

Win7 x64, Kaspersky Premium 21.18 latest. I had Splashtop Streamer installed (from factory) but never used it. Kaspersky complained about the remote access risk, rightly so, so I uninstalled Streamer to stop the popup nags. I also ran the Splashtop removal tool. However it still shows in the Kaspersky known apps section. Clicking "Delete" just dumps you in add/remove programs rather than deleting the object from the list. Now there are residual traces, files/folders/registry, that may influence this, but is there a way to remove Streamer from the list or re-scan the system, so Kapersky sees it's no longer there, and removes it?

I'm getting the following warning from Kaspersky Antivirus. My WiFi password is 27 characters long and it was generated by 1Password (which says its strength is excellent). Is it a weak password? Seriously? Easy to guess? I want to see somebody try... The only reason I can imagine Kaspersky warns about it is that the password does not contain capital letters or numbers. It only contains lowercase letters and punctuation. Also, it is a combination of several unrelated words. Kaspersky standard looks and acts like malware, and creating so much problems for end user, like slowing down some websites, updating software i not asked to update and many more problems. Would be awesome to switch to normal product like kaspersky antivirus.

I'm using Kaspersky plus on a windows 10 / 11 box and my question is, is there automatic sample submission similar to Windows Defender? if yes could I disable it? a follow up question is, if a malware sample is detected when my box isn't connected to the internet, will that sample still get submitted for future analysis when my box is back online? Every time I reinstall Kaspersky on the SAME PC, I have to bend over backwards to enable the subscription I paid for. I just reinstalled the program because some error that still persists by the way, and it tells me I don't have an active subscription. For some reason it can't find the one that you know I HAVE 9 MONTHS LEFT OF! Why is this service so rubbish continuously? Why is kaspersky vpn turned on automatically every the time I install the program, and why is it so hard to remove it?

Hi, four days ago YouTube stop working in my windows 10 pc when karspeky protection is activated, it says that I don't have internet, but I have. Only works if I disable karspeky protection. It happens in all explorers that I tested, chrome, edge, brave and opera. How can I fix it?

I purchased Kaspersky Premium for 3 licenses and I successfully added my laptop. However, I am puzzled how to add another device as it is asking me to download again on my laptop. Do I have to install Kaspersky Premium in every device to activate the license? How does the app keep track of the devices which has been activated? Is it by device name?

Today, my friend bought the kaspersky plus CD with the activation code on it. He sent me the activation code, I created a new account on my laptop and added successfully the code. The website asked me to download the app so i did it. After my trial ended, I purchased Kaspersky Premium for 2 years for 1 device. I received a receipt email but did not get an activation key or any other follow-up email. When I tried to log into my Kaspersky account, I couldn’t access it, and my Kaspersky software kept saying "connection issue" when trying to connect. Hello. I have a question regarding application tracking logs. Currently, in Customer Service > Support Tools > All checkboxes are deactivated. However, I keep receiving pop-up windows multiple times a day, asking if I want to send application tracking logs to Kaspersky. How can I stop these pop-ups from appearing? The checkboxes in Support Tools are already deactivated.

After 9 months, I think Kaspersky blocked some websites and did not let me use 1.1.1.1 on the web such as Chrome, Brave, and even Cloudflare WARP software. Hello. I’m wondering if it’s possible to prevent an application from starting with Windows by double-clicking on it in the Kaspersky > Performance > Current Activity > Startup tab and then adjusting the application rules. The default options provided under Performance > Quick Startup have a limited list of applications to control, so I’m curious if it’s possible to manage applications through the Startup tab.
