Kaspersky is stuck at 99% while downloading. No institution or approval is coming. I waited for a long time but could not solve it. My package is premium.

I used to be able to use Tor browser and my VPN as normal. I hadn't used Tor browser for 7 or 8 months. I came back now to wanting to use Tor browser, but Tor can't connect while VPN is enabled. No matter if i change different country servers. But everytime I disable the VPN, Tor works as normal. However I don't have VPN protection if I use it like this. I used to be able to use both just a few months ago, but now the VPN won't let me connect. Is there an "exceptions" list somewhere to allow Kaspersky VPN to accept the browser?

Hello I am testing Kaspersky 21.18 with Windows 11 26100.1457, Almost all the time, I have to eject a removable media several times before I can do it (message that the device is in use... every time) By closing K, no more problem, it seems to come from K so This problem has already been reported ? [SOLVED] I couldn't find a way to delete the topic, so editing. The files eventually appeared in the regular "Downloads" folder. Not sure if it had to do with me closing the Safe session or what, but they appeared there. New to kaspersky plus. Using it for a week now. Recently the automatic database update has been failed however, I had to manually scan for database updates which went successful. The worst part is kaspersky didn't even pop up any notification for the same which could draw my attention. I normally open kaspersky to check whether all auto updates whether app update or database update work or not. This never had happened with my previous av. Screenshots pasted below.

This Kaspersky Plus feels a downgrade compared to Internet Security. It's missing one of the amazing features, the "My Kaspersky" and "Locate and Device". My country has a notorious problem of burglary and riding robbery. A device locator is very useful and in this case, the Internet Security. I thought the Internet Security was gone and not in production anymore since when I renew today my subscription. It says "Kaspersky Internet Security is no longer available." and I cannot renew it on online purchase. Soo... Can I still refund this and switch to Internet Security? I just recently purchased this GMT+8 August 30 2-3:40 PM through online renewal.

I just renew my license today and internet security is no more. Now I upgrade to kaspersky plus which is much "expensive" compared to internet security.... But the second most important feature to me is now gone. I consider my country has a lot of robbers and snatchers (phone stealers). Is it completely removed or just moved on another subscription. ?

My Windows version: WIndows10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4651) Kaspersky PLUS 21.18.5.438 The problem: After the lastest Kaspersky PLUS's Application update, my On-screen Keyboard becomes bugged. You can see from the 2 screenshots, my mouse cursor was positioned at Number 0, but it counts as Number9. I have been using Kaspersky for many years, and I use On-screen Keyboard for many years, this bug never happened to me before.

Hi there, Is there anyone here know how to fix my issue? I just bought a new account few minutes ago. As usual, Kaspersky sent me an email for new customer login, I clicked it, it asked me to prompt new password, I entered it, however, instead of going into the Control Panel, it asks me to prompt new password again, if I try to enter the previous password, it will say I need to enter the password that I haven't use before, so the loop keep going and I can't go to control panel to get my activation now.

Hi, I am facing some serious issue here. I was not able to login despite successfully installed the application. It keep prompting Sign-in is temporarily unavailable. I waited one whole day and retry but is still the same. I am not sure what happen, Last week, when I reformat my pc and install the application, I do not have this issue. But yesterday when I reformat my pc and reinstall, this issue start popping out. I have check my subscription and the number of devices that is currently using this, subscription is still active and I have not exceed the number of devces. Please help.

Good evening! I ran a .pdf when I purchase a course before learning it was a scam. Now that I found out, I ran the file on virustotal and got some things there in the behavior tab, but I don't know how to read it. Is there a way to send Kaspersky the file so they can analyze it for me? I don't want to end up with a ramsonware or something else along with the money that I've already lost. (i never thought the way i'd fall for a scam would come, but oh well... I guess there's a first time for everything! the criminals are each day more sophisticated ugh).

So I have a Logitech-macro on my left mousebutton that I use in games and it worked fine before I installed kaspersky. Now whenever I'm ingame the macro does not work anymore, I've created exceptions for Logitech-GHUB and the game (Tarkov), but still the macro won't work. :(

Karspesky Standard give me this alert continuously: When I click to Resolve, nothing occurs. It seems Karspesky does not remove the Worm because it is inside a Google Drive content file, magaged by Google Drive. It sounds strange because Google does not alert me nothing about an e-mail or file suspectius. I try to find in my Gmail and Google Drive for something like "OMO", "OMO.doc.com", "*****@*****.tld", "@prodigy.net.mx" and nothing appears. Im inclined to ignore this alert, but I cant know what this actions implies. Please Help Me.

Hello. My Kaspersky Plus blocks the connection of some apps like OneDrive. How can i prevent this to happen? OneDrive only works when i disable Kasperky Plus. I have checked multiple threads on this forum, but i can't find the exact procedure to exclude apps on Mac OS. I would truly appreciate a step by step guide.

Hi, How can I add Microsoft Teams to trusted applications? I am using the new Teams and I wish to stop Kaspersky from scanning it. The path is: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_24193.1805.3040.8975_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe This path changes with every update so I cannot add this using the traditional method of adding a path and exe. It's Universal App ID is: MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MSTeams This is constant but there is no path info. Microsoft recommends adding the EXE name but I can't add this to Kaspersky. Link. Thanks Mark.
