Здравствуйте, недавно обновил KSC до версии 14.2. Он сам в пакетах добавил NetworkAgent версии 15.0. Далее на всех рабочих станциях авто установкой были распространены новые версии ПО 12.4 с агентом версии 15.0. Статус устройств в норме, они видны. НО если нажать на устройство справа в описании состояние защиты: Выполняется, а ниже статус всех остальных служб "Нет данных от устройства". На одном тестовом виртуальном сервере переставили агента вместо 15.0 на 14.2. Все также Нет данных. Что можно еще предпринять?

Abre un ticket de soporte en mi Kaspersky, para que lo revisen los técnicos de Kaspersky, y vean que se puede hacer. Lo que no puedes superar es el número de dispositivos licenciados, si tu licencia es para 3 dispositivos puedes tener Kaspersky instalado y funcionando en 3 dispositivos, no en más. Saludos

how do i stop kaspersky from security checking wifi on my iphone when i don't use wifi it is turned off. Kaspersky does not complete scan even though I don't use wifi. It stays on wifi in security scan and doesn't finish, so I just stop scan on my mum's iphone? Thank you

Если активировать продукт лицензией, то нет возможности управлять ею на устройстве (удалить текущую лицензию) вот приобрел юзер к примеру премиум, а активировать лицензией премиум нельзя нужно ждать когда закончится срок текущей лицензии. Необходимо добавить в продукт возможность удалять лицензию из продукта, как это реализовано в версии продукта для ОС windows. Чтобы не заморачивать пользователей с переустановкой приложения на андроид.

Cuando ella está navegando con su usuario y accede a una web del banco, Kaspersky le abre el explorador de Navegación segura. Pero en vez de abrirla con su usuario, automáticamente se abre con el mío.
