Вы читали или нет? Похоже, что нет. Я выше написал, что приложения VPN работают без проблем. Проблема только в расширениях для браузеров.

Boa noite a todos. Recentemente tive problemas com um vírus que se espalha pela rede, e e-mails infectados. Estou tendo problemas com uma espécie de ataque direcionado, vários e-mails de pishing eram enviados pros meus e-mails pessoais, eu cliquei em um sem querer em um dado momento, porém, logo no momento que eu adiciono o celular ou computador formatado a internet domestica meu computador fica comprometido, eu trabalho em uma grande empresa e todo esse ataque começou depois de eu um tempo que comecei a trabalhar com documentos confidenciais da mesma. O que eu posso fazer para garantir que essa infecção pare de vez e o que eu consigo fazer pra evitar caso eliminada que a mesma volte? PS: a contaminação aconteceu nos meus dispositivos pessoais porque eu abri o e-mail no meu celular que uso pra comunicação no trabalho. Tenho algumas dúvidas: 1° Se eu abrir um e-mail como por exemplo no gmail ou outlook , porém não clicar em nenhum link ou baixar nada somente olhar o e-mail de quem enviou e deletar o e-mail, isso já é suficiente pra contaminar o pc ou somente se eu clicar no link ou baixar algo? 2° Eu posso baixar arquivos como fotos, áudios e vídeos no WhatsApp sem riscos de contaminação ou não é seguro, o que fazer pra usar o WhatsApp sem correr esse risco caso haja? 3° Meu roteador doméstico é bloqueado pela própria empresa que eu contratei, eu não tenho acesso a nenhuma modificação nele, desde troca de nome de rede até configurações de portas e seguranças, tudo é definido pelo próprio provedor, isso o torna mais seguro contra essas infecções também? informações dos meus planos: Tenho o Kaspersky Premium com vpn, password e safe kids, porém não uso o safekids, está instalado no meu celular e no meu computador Informações dos meus dispositivos: tenho um computador com windows 10 pro tenho um smartphone com android 13

New product release from commercial vendor iZotope is RX 11 audio editor. They have been a trustworthy vendor with many versions of this product over many years. This latest release is getting blocked and deleted by Kaspersky with a malicious component of PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic.nblk I have seen this threat reported online as a Kaspersky false positive in other products and was wondering if that might be the case here? I haven't added my license to my account but I will. How do I connect Kaspersky Plus with my account if I can't install it? It says Free when trying to install.

I have an expired Total Security. I bought a Plus license, downloaded the Plus product, and tried to install (upgrade). After or during the install was going to plug in the license key but I got the above message during install. I did download the Plus product from the above link location.

С LogMeIn это у вас какая-то локальная проблема. Я попробовал, все подключается. Так что связывайтесь с ТП по другим каналам и разбирайтесь в чем у вас проблемы. Тем более в чате этого думаю не решить, какие-то логи потребуются.

Какой-то ВПН резидентно не запущен?

До этого стоял Касперский Тотал Секьюрити. Все удалялось с зачисткой следов. Если вернуть его, то все работает. С Премумом - нет. В итоге покопавшись выявил причину - Защита зашифрованных соединений. Отключение (как костыль видимо временный) тут же решает проблему, точнее вообще все начинает работать, как должно.

Попробуйте переустановить антивирус (удалить, перезагрузиться и установить заново). Другие антивирусы до этого не стояли?

I downloaded Kaspersky Plus but when go to install I get the message "Say Hello to Kaspersky Free" ?

В "kaspersky Secure Connection" не нашел такой функции. Версия приложения 21.17.7.539

Вот так показывает (все отметки зеленые), но... При включённом Касперском ОС в принципе не хочет (не открывает) это окно! То, что на скриншоте, результат отключения Касперского, захода сюда, и его включение обратно! Если отключить Касперского но пока не включать, когда зайдешь, показывает как на втором скриншоте.
